Diese schöne, romantisch, Französisch-Art-Haus liegt in einer der exklusivsten Wohn Floridas entfernt. Rosemary Beach ist bekannt für seine unberührte Küste und unglaubliche Annehmlichkeiten bekannt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen optionalen Carriage House mit einer kompletten Küche, Wohnbereich, ein großes Bad, TV, Kingsize-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten. Klimatisierte Unterkunft professionell eingerichtet und verfügt über High-End-Ausstattung im ganzen Haus. Es hat ein sehr privates Grundstück mit einem übergroßen Innenhof, Springbrunnen und einer Außendusche. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Haus beinhaltet 2 Leihfahrräder. Lokale Radwege kann zur Erholung genutzt werden und schöne Wege führen durch die Gemeinde.

Vier atemberaubende Becken sind in der gesamten Gemeinschaft, entlang mit schönen Grünflächen. Die Sky-Pool, der eine geschlossene, beheizte Pool ist, ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Zwei Spielplätze werden Ihre Kinder für Stunden und der Spa- und Fitnesscenter zu unterhalten sind perfekt für die Erwachsenen, um in Form zu halten und dann mit einer wohltuenden Gesichtsbehandlung oder Massage. Great house and location

Great house and location, very clean, even the outside areas. Bikes were new and nice as well. Full equipped kitchen with everything you can need for cooking family meals. Very friendly hostesses. We enjoyed very much our family vacation!

Overall stay was great. It's in walking proximity to everything you could possibly want to do in Rosemary. The home is spacious and lots of parking available if you have various family members staying at the home. With regards the actual home, there is quite a bit of maintenance needed. There were leaky faucets throughout, broken faucet head in kitchen, microwave interior is black from someone overheating food, tile work repair in master bedroom shower, old furniture in master where drawers were broken, guest bedroom on first floor bathroom hardware fell off wall and shower handle also fell off, and bedding that should be replaced with fresh new sets.

Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words. We had already addressed all your concerns with repairs done when my son checked the house, right after your stay. The bedding is cream or grey since we do have dogs and children who visit the home, making white bedding impractical. The antique dresser in master bedroom has no rollers, but it works perfectly fine. Kitchen faucet just needed tightening, it is new. We also recently added a new Weber Gas Grill for our guests to use, in addition to the Weber Charcoal Grill. And we repainted the Adirondack chairs to match the aqua shutters plus repainted all the white stucco walls around the home. We hope you can return very soon for your next Rosemary Beach vacation. We love this house, this community, and this beach! We took our family of 6, plus 1 beloved dog, to Rosemary for the holiday week and it did not disappoint! The house was perfect for us. Kitchen had all the essentials, plus most of the common appliances. House was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfy and the big kitchen table was perfect for game night and dinner in. Questions were answered promptly and when one of the bikes had a flat, they had someone there fixing it within hours! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect vacation

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Bit of a walk to beach, but we did it with young children, so not that bad. Close to pools, and fitness center. The bikes and chairs on site are perfect and a huge plus. House is clean and has enough space for multiple families. We enjoyed it and are planning our trip back next year.

Perfect home for our family trip.

We rented the main house and carriage house for our family vacation. It was perfect for us, 11 adults and 3 small children. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen, living and dining were large enough that we never felt cramped. The house is beautiful, a short bike ride from the beach, fun places to eat! I am very happy with our choice to stay here. We loved our stay here and hope to return again for future trips.

Thank you for such a kind review, we are so happy you loved the home and hope to return back next year for vacations. I think the property is super private, we added additional outdoor seating for 12 guests to enjoy Al Fresco entertaining by the fountain. Having indoor seating to feed 13 is also great on the main floor. We certainly appreciate you and your family visiting our Beach Home! And having a dog friendly home is important to many families who want to bring along their family pets and not leave them behind. Overall, we have such terrific guests visiting this home, some quite famous that we really appreciate your stay.

Thank you for your valuable feedback about the leak from torrential the storms and hail, and wind last Thursday. Please text myself or Linda information about this leak so it may be properly addressed. Many homes had water come into the home during that storm, when normally it has never happened in past. Hopefully it has already dried out, as it did in my other homes, but we would want to check on the metal roof regardless. We hope you will return back soon for your next Rosemary Beach vacation.

A jewel of a home in a Hallmark town of Rosemary Beach

This home is beautiful! It was fabulous to have our entire family together for Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and comfortable and the decor is stunning. My favorite was the living room where a family of 9 plus pups could sit together. The weather was lovely enough that we dined on the balcony for our Thanksgiving meal. We walked and rode the bicycles into the charming town daily for coffee, ice cream, lunches, and a stunning view of the sunset on the beach. Our last night was topped off by the arrival of Santa and the lighting of the town Christmas Tree. Thank you, Karen Geiger for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to come here again!

Great location & decent value

Beautiful house in a great location. This rental seemed to cost a little less than others in Rosemary, so you get a decent value for your money and made us more forgiving. Furnishings, mattresses, linens, lighting and kitchen items could all use updating and refreshing. Linens didn’t feel super clean. We stayed with two families and asked for more than one amenity card, we were given three but only one worked. That can be challenging when constantly coming and going from the beach and pool. But overall it was a spacious and comfortable house.

Thank you Kendra for taking the time to review my private Rosemary Beach home. This home is one of only a handful of Rosemary properties that are both Dog friendly and that allow 17 guests total with the Carriage Home on property. It is thus decorated to be both dog and child friendly, which most of our guests prefer, so as to be quite comfortable and not worried about damage to the linens or slipcovered furniture. About 85% of our guests do prefer to bring their dogs on vacation with them. If someone wants the glitz of a brand new Rosemary Home, the rates would be double the rate of this home. This is also one of the largest lots in Rosemary Beach, and is super secure with a double privacy gate and a garage. This allows children and pets room to play and be safe in the confines of the yard area. The home is in close proximity to 2 luxurious pools, the tennis courts, the Spa, wonderful shops and restaurants, as well as several parks. The garage space offers 8-10 bikes, an extra Laundry Facility, a 2nd Fridge/Freezer, beach chairs, and beach toys. The Amenity Cards always work perfectly. On your next trip, please let me know that you need replacement card(s) upon your arrival. We do wash all linens/sheets in hot water to Covid Standards. Great time with friends, despite…

We love Rosemary! The house was in a great location with plenty of room, but there was a strong smell of mold in the downstairs. There was not any ice- no ice maker, or even ice trays. In addition, the bikes were not put together correctly (we had no tools) or had flat tires so our group couldn’t use them. Will definitely stay in area again, but not this house!

The mold smell was temporary and was quickly handled by our expert housekeeper who advised me to clean all A/C vents and ductwork which has been done. High humidity in Florida can sometimes cause mildew to get on your ac vents if guests leave the doors open and A/C running. Thus we took aggressive measures to clean about 16 A/C vents in ceiling, and now also we change all AC filters monthly. We furthermore decided to use Chem Dry to clean all carpets in the 4 bedrooms to insure the utmost sanitation & cleanliness. We have 8 brand new mountain bikes from Dicks Sporting Goods in the garage for our guests to use which do work perfectly. And there certainly is an ice maker in lower section of freezer that produces ice. But thank you for your valuable feedback, we really appreciate it! PERFECT location!

Thank you for having us at your awesome dog friendly home right in the heart of Rosemary Beach! All 4 of us adults and our 2 dogs had plenty of room to spread out - one couple in the downstairs bedroom/en suite bath, the other couple upstairs in the master bedroom/bath. Although the home is not as updated and "fancy" as many other vacation homes in the immediate area (that definitely are NOT dog friendly, and would cost much more to rent), we felt completely at ease with our pets being able to comfortably join us on the long weekend. The furnishings were perfect in our opinion. We also enjoyed riding the bikes provided multiple times all around Rosemary Beach and even over to Alys Beach. Karen was a very responsive host, and kept us in the loop at all times leading up to arrival. And it was a great surprise being able to get into the home a little earlier since our 7 hour drive from Sarasota had surprisingly very little traffic. We look forward to our next visit to 30A, and would not hesitate to stay in this perfect property again :)

Beach trip

We arrived after a 6 hour car ride with my 91 year old mother in law to find that the house was still being cleaned and we weren’t able to get in until 1.5 hours after the stated check in time. The owner did nothing other than apologize (I was hoping for a reimbursement of the cleaning fee as a minimum gesture) The oven also went out during the middle of dinner one night and we had to scramble to figure out how to fix it. 2 out of the 6 bikes advertised were broken and unusable which was disappointing. Otherwise Rosemary is a beautiful beach and the house is as described on the website.

This Home had everything!!

We stayed in this beautiful Rosemary Beach home for 7 weeks this winter. The home was just as beautiful and clean, as the pictures suggest. Linda was very helpful and responsive while working with her on the rental. We like to cook and the kitchen has everything we needed. We felt so at home! We fell in love with Rosemary Beach, we met many nice people while there. We really enjoyed that we could walk everywhere, to the beach, shops, restaurants, the pools, the post office. None of these things were too far away. We especially loved that Karen, the owner, allows dogs....that is why we initially rented. We wanted our dog with us! The home is spacious. We had three other couples visit us during a long weekend. The living room, dining room and kitchen areas allowed us to come together. The spacious, well-appointed bedrooms provided quiet retreats to catch a breath and a nap. Great place to entertain. We plan to rent this same house again next year! You won't be disappointed.

Having 4 dogs myself as the Owner, means we LOVE dogs. This home is dog friendly, kids friendly and we've even had baby pools sets up in driveway for those hot days with our dogs. Nothing is quite so funny as to see big clumsy dogs enjoying the baby pool with the baby inside. And all the parks nearby are wonderful for playing catch the frisbee. I like the seclusion of this particular lot. We've even had several wedding celebrations at the home, due to its accommodations for large groups both inside and outside on porches and driveway for about 40 guests. Thank you for such a lovely review! We hope to see you back next year.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Spacious house, plenty of room for my family. Property manager and owner were very nice and responsive to our questions and issues. They called the handyman on the first day of our stay but he was busy and was unable to come out until later in the week. Neighborhood is charming and amenities such as pools as well as items such as beach chairs and bikes provided by the owner at the house were plentiful. House is pet friendly. Cons: House needs a lot of maintenance. Items noted as soon as we checked in were towel racks in bathrooms falling off the wall, holes in the wall from prior repairs never patched, door knobs and shower knob loose or broken or wouldn’t stay closed, master bedroom mattress has major sag in the middle so we slept at a slant, lots of dust behind furniture and appliances that appears to have built up over a long time (we had to plug some appliances back in that were unplugged which is how we noticed), front porch light not working (which we finally figured out on our own at the end of the week it was a master switch in the garage had been flipped off which we never knew about), no bath mats in the 4.5 bathrooms except for one so we had to use towels on the floor, carpet in bedrooms need steam cleaning from prior animal accidents (our dog immediately sniffed out several prior urine stains). I believe that with a major inspection and deep clean the house would be in great shape, it just appears to have been neglected. A great place to stay if these issues are corrected.

Hi Julie, thank you for taking your valuable time to let me know of several things that need attention. I will order a Deep Clean immediately to pull out dust behind furniture and address the master king mattress immediately. The towel racks were fixed I know during your stay and I apologize for the delay with our handyman. Then I’ll see when we have a break in order to have all new carpets cleaned, since dogs can certainly have accidents in strange environments. Thanks for allowing me to rectify these problems that do need attention, I was not aware of these other items until reading your review. And a deep clean plus professional carpet cleaning, and new mattress should make your next stay perfect.
