Everything with the host was perfect! My issue was with the company I made the reservation through. During the reservation, there was no mention of a 108 service fee. After checking out, I received an email with this charge to my credit card. The company refused to reimburse for false advertising! Very shady company IMO.

We’re glad to hear everything with your host was perfect! To clarify, you booked through a third-party booking site rather than directly with us. We understand your frustration with the $108 service fee, but we’re not authorized to issue refunds on that company’s behalf. Please contact the booking site directly to address the charge and your refund request. We do hope to be able to host you again in the future!

Coming from KY, the place was easy to get to. Instructions were great on how to get into the unit. Everything was very clean. Especially the bathrooms and kitchen which are very important to us. Our doggies had a great time. Downstairs is plenty big for our dogs to have room for their playpen. Nice having plenty of tv’s so everyone could choose what they want to watch. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Thanks for sharing your place! Would definitely stay here again!
