I could not get into the property after following checkin instructions. The owner sent a message with a code, followed by a message that the Internet was disconnected so call to be let in through the garage. I was unable to reach him and called customer service, they reached him and I got in after about 20 minutes. He told me checkout early in the morning a few times even though 11 is checkout. Floors were so dirty and turned the mop black. Hair was on all floors, dirty rug, used bandaid, hair on sheets and towels. Some burners on the stove do not work, the fire pit does not work, the pool was dirty with a dark brown stain around the rim, but the owner said it was purchased in February. The owner said the hot sun turned the plastic that color. We refused to use it. I contacted the seller through VRBO and text, customer service called both numbers, emailed, and no response. I sent messages again and then prepared to checkout early. Day 3-He stated 24 hours to respond and 3 hours time difference. There were so many messages he sent about why the pool was dirty, the discount he gave me initially. Rather than offering an immediate solution, he explained away. Finally, he sent his pool person who cleaned, tested, told me to wait hours before getting in the pool. I told him how dirty the floors were and about the hair. He sent a cleaner, but he did not clean the rug nor closet floors. The owner said 10 people was too many to stay, but advertises sleeps 10 people.
