On the Beach in Vero,

With a background of surf on the beach, we are offering for your enjoyment our Vero home. The unit is freshly furnished and appointed with the help of an interior designer. This upscale condo is only 100 steps from the beach boardwalk while also offering a view of the ocean from the furnished balcony.

This condo is centrally located, with only a 10 minute walk to restaurants like Ocean Grill as well as shopping, the farmer’s market and live music. Vero is special with music, nature, parks, culture and professional theater.

The owners appreciate quality and style and have endeavored to furnish their beach home with a coastal decor that imparts understatement, comfort, quality and taste. It has been a pleasure to rent to folks who value and care for this home as we would. The Racquet Club’s rules allow calendar month rentals.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with tasteful tableware, recently installed appliances like the microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The washer and dryer were also recently purchased. The condo is generously equipped with linen and towels.

If exercise is part of your favorite holiday, you are going to love Vero Beach and the Racquet Club. Use of the tennis courts, the outdoor pool, grill and newly remodeled club house and fitness center are included with the rental. Walk on the boardwalk (a favorite) to enjoy the sunrise or up to the Beachside Cafe for breakfast. Vero Beach is relatively quiet with numerous parks, bike paths and lanes to take you on explorations.

The owners use this as a remote work space when in town so a workspace is part of the furnishing. The lease includes a numbered parking space on the ground level.

Important: This condo rents calendar month to month only. Occupancy is a minimum of 28 days per month. Available for multiple months as well.

The first National Wildlife preserve, Pelican Island, is just 15 minutes up the road and just beyond that Sebastian Inlet. Vero Beach itself is right in the middle of the Sea Turtle hatchery that produces the most baby sea turtles in the USA. Below Vero is Round Island another nature preserved setting, where manatees can be seen. The Indian River Aquatic Reserve has kayaking, fishing and other nature and watersports opportunities. There is a lot to do culturally too. Vero Beach is an outstanding community.

Racquet Club is a secure and well managed property. As such to add to everyone's enjoyment, upon acceptance of your reservation, all guests have to apply to the property managers before their stay. It is important that the management company receives your application 30 days before arrival. The application to the management company has a one time fee of $75. Future Racquet Club stays are not charged the $75.
