Welcome to The Marigold, a beautiful new home tucked in a quiet neighborhood of Bentonville, AR! This newly-built and professionally-decorated home can sleep up to 8 guests and features 3 private bedrooms. Our living room is ready to entertain with a large 65" smart TV, 4-in-1 gaming station (with ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and pool), and plenty of board games. Enjoy our home's cozy seating, fireplace, and open concept kitchen with all new appliances and amenities.

Enjoy all Bentonville has to offer from this home base, located in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes away from downtown. Hop on the greenway within just 4 miles or travel 5.5 miles to access Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Art Museum, and the Momentary.

Our newly-built home is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the XNA airport and all Bentonville has to offer! Our home has a 2-car garage perfect for bike storage (our wall-mounted bike mount is available for all guest use) or to park cars.


Inside, you'll enjoy our bright, open concept living room and kitchen. Our living room is the perfect setting for enjoying conversation with friends, snuggling up to watch a movie on our large Smart TV or playing foosball with the kids. Our kitchen features stunning granite countertops and bar seating plus all the necessary amenities for cooking, baking and making that perfect cup of coffee. On one end of the kitchen, you'll find our 6-person dining table with direct access to the porch.


At the end of the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms. Choose from (1) Our King bedroom complete with a closet, dresser, 55" Roku TV and en suite bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. (2) Our first Queen bedroom complete with a closet, 43" Roku TV, blackout curtains and nearby bathroom. (3) Our second Queen bedroom has a closet, blackout curtains and nearby bathroom.


Through a sliding glass door off the dining room, you'll find an outdoor seating area complete with a bench, two chairs and a table. Here, you'll also have access to a doggy door leading out to our fenced in backyard and seasonally blooming garden boxes.

Hop in the car or on your bike for a quick ride to all Bentonville has to offer! Make sure to bring your mountain bike to enjoy the extensive MTB trail system.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
