The villa is composed of 2 floors: living room, kitchen, laundry are on the ground floor and bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs (access by stairs).

• LIVING ROOM: Composed of a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs, boudoir space and access to the terrace and garden. Room benefiting from air conditioning.
• FULLY-EQUIPPED OPEN KITCHEN with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee machine and dishwasher.

• BEDROOM 1: Composed of a king-size bed (180x200) and storage. Room benefiting from air conditioning.
Private bathroom:

• BEDROOM 2: Composed of a double bed (140x190) and storage. Room benefiting from air conditioning.
Private bathroom, composed of a bathtub, a cabinet with sink and mirror.

• BEDROOM 3: Composed of two single beds (90x140) and storage. Fan in summer.

• BEDROOM 4: Composed of a single bed (90x140) and an extra bed (single bed can be folded into double bed), a closet and a desk. Summer fan.

• OUTSIDE: Landscaped garden consisting of a terrace with dining area, a swimming pool (secured with an alarm), a "kitchen" with barbecue and table, outdoor shower, pétanque & ping-pong area...

• Additional information:
- At your reception, you are provided with: sheets, bath towels, a Welcome Kit (sponge, cleaning kit, garbage bag and toilet paper), Hygiene Kit (soap, shower gel, shampoo, shower gel), 2 coffee pods (extra to be provided)
The swimming pool is secured by the mandatory safety standards in France, we decline all responsibility in the event of a serious problem and we remind parents that they are responsible for their children!

• Maintenance:
- The apartment as bedding and linens are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
- We provide a pair of sheets and a large bath towel per person. Any extra or deprecation will be charged. Please contact us in advance.

• Summer:
– In order not to penalize your stay and that of the next tenants, please make sure to remove the maximum amount of sand from your belongings and clothes/ shoes before entering the accommodation. Please be careful not to put sand in the showers!
- The use of towels provided as beach towels is prohibited, and may be penalized, for a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
