Layout of the villa: it has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds of 160 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds of 80 cm that can form a double bed of 160 cm on request), 4 bathrooms with toilets (adjoining the bedrooms), 1 independent toilet accessible from the living room, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, terrace, garden and private swimming pool.



To note: one of the rooms is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Parking is located in front of the villa within the residence.



Air conditioning: yes in all 4 bedrooms.



Kitchen equipment: induction hobs, fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.



Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (smart TV with IPTV box), internet via Wi-Fi (high-speed).



Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby bed (umbrella), high chair, table and iron, hairdryer, air blower in the living room, safe, table football, gas barbecue.



Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, water reserve of 4400 litres in case of cuts.



Swimming pool: yes, beautiful pool (salt treatment) of approximately 10mx4m (+ leisure pool in length with balneotherapy area) with child safety alarm, surrounded by sun loungers.



Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation moments. Covered gazebo facing the swimming pool.

Associated services: upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a ti-punch and the basic elements of the first breakfast. Possibility upon request and with supplement of any type of additional service (grocery delivery, meal delivery, airport transfer, home services, excursions...).



To note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of external persons to the contract.
