Thank you for your review. The Cascade HOA is working on improving the internet for the entire complex. We hope that they do that soon. For many Cascade condos the pay laundry is the only option.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We're glad you enjoyed the condo and its location. I apologize if the housekeeping was not 100% satisfactory. That is not consistent with our normal standards and we would have sent them back out to touch up any remaining items if you let us know. Also please call us if you need a dustpan or broom and we would be happy to bring one to you. We have purchased one and left it at the condo for future guest use. We do provide pictures of the unit so that guests know what to expect and make an informed decision on if it will work with their group size. The advertised number of guests reflects sleeping arrangements. We apologize for the internet being spotty during your stay. Please always call us so we can assist in troubleshooting and getting it up and running again. Sometimes the router just needs a quick reset and it's an easy fix. We are happy to work with you to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Again - please just call us with issues and we are more than willing to help make it right and enjoyable for you! Most guests love staying in this condo and enjoy its convenient access to Purg. It was lovely to host you and we do hope you come stay another time.

Thanks for your feedback - which is honestly a bit confusing. Two hours after the guest reached out, our maintenance team was able to get the pull out sofa put back into the couch so it could be used for seating and we advised the guest to not pull the sofa bed out again and as it needs to be repaired or replaced. Despite our instructions, the following day the guest pulled the sofa bed out and could not get it closed once again. We then sent out maintenance team out again the same day to close the bed. The issue was resolved timely and we advised the guest accordingly (twice). We no longer advertise the sofa as a pull out sofa.
