After spending a day on a nearby ski slope, come home to soak your weary muscles in the private hot tub. You'll love spreading out in the living room to watch a good movie on the flatscreen TV. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare delicious meals, and you can enjoy your creations at the dining table with seating for six or outside on the furnished patio's picnic table. Let the dishwasher take care of all the cleanup while the kids amuse themselves with a few games on the Wii gaming system. Remote workers and students will appreciate the provided work desk and chair for their last-minute projects, and they can take advantage of the fast WiFi to perform their online research. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
