Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and that the property served as a great base for your ski holiday. We understand that the third-floor stairs can be a bit of a workout after a day on the slopes, but we hope it was worth it for the cozy space and views. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you were disappointed with the condition and comfort of the condo. We understand how important it is for guests to have a comfortable space, especially during warmer summer months. We’re sorry that the temperatures inside the home were uncomfortable for you. As a mountain property, this condo does not have air conditioning, which is common for many homes in the area, but we understand that warmer days can still impact guest comfort. We provide fans and encourage guests to take advantage of cooler evening temperatures by opening windows to allow for airflow. We’re also sorry to hear that the cleanliness and furnishings did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness and guest comfort are very important to us, and we take feedback like this seriously. We appreciate you sharing your concerns so we can review them with our team and look for opportunities to improve. Thank you again for your feedback. We’re disappointed that your experience did not reflect the stay we strive to provide and appreciate the opportunity to learn from your comments.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the location near the lift was convenient for you. We also appreciate your comments about the rustic nature of the property, as well as the challenges you faced with the stairs and the washer/dryer location. We understand that these aspects may have been inconvenient, and we have made sure to address them for future guests. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time, and we'd love to host you again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you and your wife experienced during your stay. We understand the importance of providing accurate information to our guests, and we regret that the lack of an elevator in our three-story building was not communicated effectively before your reservation. The website does state this condo is on the upper level. We genuinely empathize with your wife's difficulty in climbing stairs, and we're sorry for any distress this may have caused. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you will give us another opportunity to host you in the future and we are always available to answer any questions prior to booking. Cindy

We are continuously working to improve our accommodations and will take your comments into consideration for any future updates. We're sorry to hear about the slipperiness in the bathrooms. Safety is of utmost importance to us, and we will assess the bathtubs to determine if any non-slip measures can be implemented to enhance guest safety, especially for older guests. We appreciate your insight into the pricing, and we will review our pricing structure to ensure that it is competitive and reflective of the value we provide.
