We’re located bayside in the heart of uptown, in a comfortable family-friendly neighborhood, near some of OC’s best dining and shopping and 94th St. Beach access!

• Before your stay, our home will be professionally cleaned and all high-touch surfaces
(countertops, light switches, handles, faucets) will be disinfected.
• All Kitchen tea towels & Bath hand towels are washed and sanitized.

Drive, Walk, or Bike Ride to the BEACH 1/2 mile with free parking on the street or behind Bluefish Restaurant. Additional area amenities:

• Our community has a private fenced-in parking lot with 2 spaces for each unit. There’s also convenient street-parking. Our home is in the middle of the three units facing Bradley Rd.

• Back Deck Beach Closet: Beach wagon, 4 Beach Chairs; Beach Umbrellas; Skim nets; Crab Trap is located under the deck - use your own bait (chicken necks are best) and tie-off the trap to the cleats by the white fence). Please Do NOT use the kayak but your welcome to bring your own kayaks and SUPS, water access is from bulkhead.

2nd Floor

Trash & Recycling
• Kitchen trash can located under the left side of the sink.
• Trash cans in all 4 bathrooms and they should all be bagged. More trash bags under the kitchen sink.
• OC has single stream recycling so there’s no need to separate your recyclables.

**Please note that there are no security camera's inside the home. We believe in our guests privacy during your stay. For your safety there are fire and CO detectors on each level. Fire extinguisher's are in the kitchen and outside the front door. There are also motion sensors and temperature sensors on each level that automatically adjust the HVAC in the home.
