Experience modern living in this charming 30m² studio located on the 2nd floor (without a lift). Tastefully decorated, it ensures a comfortable and delightful stay.

The studio features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space includes a convertible sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a TV, and a desk ideal for working remotely.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare delicious meals quickly. The dining area comfortably seats two guests. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bathroom includes all the essentials: a shower, toilet, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Le Marais, located in the 3rd and 4th arrondissements of Paris, is an iconic neighborhood renowned for its historic charm and vibrant arts scene. Explore its cobblestone streets lined with 17th-century buildings and discover contemporary art galleries, vintage boutiques, and trendy cafés. Visit Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, and the Picasso Museum. Le Marais is also known for its lively nightlife and diverse restaurants. It’s the perfect place to experience Parisian history, fashion, and culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Rambuteau (line 11), is just a 4-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might have a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
