This studio is designed with open living and dining areas. The living space features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a table for two people, and a TV for entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

For your safety, a smoke detector is available in the apartment.

The apartment includes a portable air conditioner for flexible and convenient cooling.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Residents of the 1st arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Louvre and the “Musée des arts décoratif”s of Paris, rue de Rivoli, the district is rich in theatres, first and foremost the “Comédie Française”, but also the Châtelet and the Palais Royal. As for cinema-goers, they can enjoy the gigantic “Halles” complex, with its 27 theatres, in the “Forum des Halles”. For those of you who are a stylist or fashion fan, the luxury stores on rue Saint Honoré will not leave you indifferent. To go out, don't miss the elegant tea rooms in the rue de Rivoli, the Japanese restaurants in the rue Sainte-Anne, or the wide choice of fast food restaurants in the “Forum des Halles”.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Châtelet (lines 1, 4 and 7), is just a 2-minute walk.

The RER station Chatelet Les Halles (lines A, B and D) is just a 3-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
