The villa has a ground floor and two floors, there is no elevator.
The ground floor is open to a kitchen, dining room and living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, large fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, crockery and utensils. There is a central island and 4 stools.
The living room has an 8-seater sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and TNT access. Many board games, toys and children's books are also available.
The dining room has a table and 6 chairs.
The decoration is modern with designer furniture and noble materials: Nogushi, Marcel Breuer, Arne Vodder, Verne Panton, Artemide, O Luce, Cassina, Okamura, Fermob, authentic Zelliges, authentic Carrara marble.
There is a Wi-Fi internet connection.
The first floor is composed of 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom with sink, bath, walk-in shower and WC.
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed 160x200 cm and 1 single bed with drawer (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 2 : 1 lit queen-size 160 x 200 cm
The second floor has 1 large bedroom and a bathroom with sink, shower, sauna and toilet.
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed 180 x 190 cm, 1 single bed 90 x 200 cm and 1 baby bed
Outside, the property has a secure swimming pool (unheated) of 4 x 8m with diamond point bottom, depth 1.20m flat part/ max 1.80m. The edges of the pool are made of pebbles on which are installed 5 deckchairs and a parasol. She is not overlooked.
A large terrace without vis-à-vis allows you to take meals outside, It is equipped with an 8-seater table, bench and chairs and a Weber barbecue. A 6-seater side table is available.
A bucolic garden surrounds the entire perimeter of the house, however, it is important to note that the bottom of the garden is not fenced and that the garden of the neighboring building, which is a small accommodation rented out for seasonal rental, is not physically delimited by a fence. However, tenants are not allowed to exceed the property line under any circumstances.
There is no air conditioning, but the materials of the house (thick walls) ensure natural climate regulation in summer.

## Neighborhood
The exceptional geographical setting of the Chautagne region, at the crossroads of the Rhône, the Alps and the Jura massif, will allow you to discover sumptuous landscapes between hills, vineyards, mountains, lakes, castles and rivers.
The location benefits from a privileged location, close to the lakes of Bourget (the largest natural lake in France) and Aiguebelette, which offer a variety of activities such as swimming, beach, kayaking, paddle, sailing, windsurfing, boating, fishing, kite surfing, diving and games for the little ones (bouncy castles, trampoling, acrobranche).
From your front door, you have walking access to several hiking trails of all levels, the lakes of Saint-Jean-de-Chevelu, the Savoy vineyard circuit and its tastings, in the heart of the Jongieux cru. The castle of Billième (13th century) is located at the bottom of the street and gave it its name.
Via ferrata, bouldering and climbing routes on the surrounding cliffs, canoeing/kayaking on the Rhône, the Balme gorges or on the Chanaz canal, canyoning and bike and mountain bike rentals are available nearby (10 minutes by car).
The castles of Jongieux and Lucey (13th century), the second castle of Billième Bornessant (16th century) are within walking distance.
A 5-minute drive away, at the top of the hillside of the famous Cru Marestel, the 2-star Michelin Guide restaurant of chef Michaël Arnoult can offer you a gastronomic journey with an exceptional panoramic view of the Rhône and its surrounding mountains.
An 8-minute drive away, the town of Yenne offers local shops, restaurants, bistros, cafes, ice cream parlours, florists and much more.
Further afield, the cities of Chambéry (27 minutes by car), Aix-les-Bains (23 minutes by car) and Annecy (50 minutes) will allow you to discover the Savoyard and Haute-Savoyard cities, their lively markets, architecture, cinemas, theatres and the famous thermal baths.
