Zen and extremely clean. The kitchen is stunning, a must see. I love meeting new people and crating spaces for them to make memories. My house definitely reflects my personality. I’m very respectful and considerate. I expect the same in return. PLEASE NO GUESTS UNDER 30!!!! This is a NON- SMOKING property. I am unable to host outside smokers. I am highly allergic. Brand new 2021 construction. 2/2 house. You are renting the guest room. The master is not available to guests. This is a one bedroom one bath rental. If you would like to inquire about master please message me directly for availability. You will have the entire house to yourself no shared space inside the home. Perfectly located in Downtown Orlando’s Milk district. There is also a private studio (sleeps 2) behind the main house available. The area between the two homes may potentially be shared. This would include the hot tub, and grill area. It is very rare to share the space but I wanted to inform you that this might be a possibility. Please check my other listings for availability regarding the back studio. Walking distance to almost everything. Be the very first guest to book here. Everything is brand new top to bottom. Featuring an all white modern kitchen. Come check out your very own Woman Cave. Yes, your very own movie theater with full reclining chairs and a candy bar. Popcorn anyone? There is no guest parking on the property. This is downtown Orlando. There is plenty of street parking directly in front of house. There is also a parking lot across the street with over 50 spots available. There is a camera on the front of the house pointed at parking areas for extra security.
