It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 750 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The house is ideally located in Plévenon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly inside the property.

- Bus: Line 2 of the Tibus bus service offers free bicycle transport on racks throughout the summer!
- Coach: Direct coach service to Fréhel from Lamballe and Saint-Brieuc (July and August).
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station, 28 km away (30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport, 31 km away (36 minutes by car).
