Personalized Arrival & Check-In
As part of updated hotel procedures for privately managed residences, a Benichay Brothers concierge team member will personally assist with your arrival and check-in experience.
Guests are required to complete pre-registration prior to arrival. Our concierge team will then contact you before check-in to coordinate your arrival and assist with the hotel registration process.
This personalized arrival experience helps ensure a smooth and seamless transition into your suite while providing additional guest support upon arrival.

Hotel Fees & Policies
• Mandatory hotel resort fee of $16.52 plus applicable tax charged at check-in per room
• Arrivals between 7:01 PM – 6:59 AM are subject to an additional $75 after-hours hotel check-in fee per room
• $250 per night refundable security deposit charged by hotel at check-in
• Valet parking is available through the hotel for an additional charge unless otherwise included with your specific suite. Rates may vary by season.
