The balcony door and smoke alarm concerns in particular are important to us, and we’ll make sure they are inspected. We also appreciate your comments regarding the public beach access and smoking. Thank you for providing your feedback. On our site we accurately lay out the floor by floor for the unit. "Second Level: Bunk Room with King/Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle + Tub/Shower Combo." The photos are not taken to deceive you as you can see buildings and vehicles in the picture behind the pool which would tell you that the pool is not on the gulf side of the building. The photos are accompanied by 2 aerial drone photos as well. We will be sure to have the property deep cleaned so that another guest does not run into the problem you did.
