Located 100 yards from the causeway, you’ll enjoy easy access to fishing spots and marinas. Drive 10 minutes to Whitecap Beach. HEB Grocery Store less than less that 1/2 mile.
LIVING AREA
After a fun-filled day, unwind on sofas in the Living Room on first floor. Stream favorite shows on the 65" smart TV.
Another smart TV sets the scene for at-home movie nights in the Gameroom on second floor. A futon provides additional sleeping space and the desk offers a convenient space to check emails.
KITCHEN & DINING
Indulge your inner chef in the kitchen, fitted with a full suite of new stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and spices you need to cook a gourmet meal.
Share festive meals around the table for eight in the dining area and the kitchen island that seats additional four guests.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps up to 12 guests between four bedrooms and a futon.
1. The primary suite located on the first floor features a king bed, a smart TV, and spa-like features of the en-suite bathroom include a double vanity, walk-in shower, deep bathtub and a huge walk-in closet.
Additional half bath provides added convenience on the first floor.
2. The second suite boasts a king bed, a smart TV, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with views of Laguna Madre on the second floor.
3. The third bedroom holds a queen bed with twin trundle and a smart TV.
4. The fourth bedroom is furnished with custom designed and built queen over queen bunk bed perfectly suitable for adults and children.
The 3rd full bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
5. A game-room/loft on the second floor perfect for kids to play and watch TV; with a sofa-bed and an additional roll-away bed.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
A premium gas grill is provided for guest use. Guests refill propane themselves.
Covered patio with lounge seating.
Play outdoor games in the grass in the fenced yard.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, as well as a washer/dryer, Pack ‘n Play, crib, baby monitors, and a white noise machine are provided.
Parking is available for four cars, with three in the shared driveway and one in the garage. Street parking is not permitted.
Entire house is available to guests except for two owner's/housekeeping closets which are clearly marked.
Cruise 10 minutes for a sun-kissed day at Whitecap Beach. The South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center is 19 minutes away. Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington are 20 minutes away.
HEB shopping center 3 blocks away. Tons of other shopping, restaurants, and bars within minutes.
Travel 100 yards to the John F Kennedy Memorial Causeway to go fishing or visit one of the marinas. Walking distance to a popular local fishing spot under JFK Memorial Causeway.
This home is most suitable for families to gather and enjoy a relaxing vacation (no partying at all).
Quiet hours are enforced by city code between 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
Following rules are strictly enforced:
• Maximum occupancy is 13, including infants.
• No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
• The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25 and must be an occupant of the unit.
• No smoking is allowed in or around the property. This includes outdoor and balcony areas. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
• If at any time the maximum number of occupants (12) is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately. No refunds will be issued.
• Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.
• Due to the nature of coastal areas, we are unable to offer refunds for inclement weather. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your stay.
FOR GUESTS VISITING WITH PETS:
• Up to 2 dogs allowed with $200 pet fee. Any pets present on the property not mentioned during booking will incur a $400 fee.
• All dogs must remain off the furniture and down stairs. Please use the gate at the top of the stairs to keep them down. Additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of pets upstairs or on furniture.
• Pets may not be left in house or back yard unattended. Medium size crate available for use.
