Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor. : - a living room-kitchen - a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine - a separate toilet Upstairs : - a relaxation/reading level - on the right a bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 - on the left 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200 twinned into 1 double bed (they will be split on request directly to the owner) Private gravelled courtyard area of 170m² Private courtyard terrace of 55 m² facing the gîte with garden furniture, relaxation lounge and deck chairs. Parking space at the entrance to the land, lawn areas and high-end barbecue-plancha shared with the gîte next door. Adjoining another gîte for 4 people (22G410706 - Théodore) and the discreet owner. On the slopes of the Corlay river, 600 m from the castle and its walk around the pond, you benefit from both a strategic geographical location and a privileged environment. When we arrive in the courtyard of this old Breton farm, we quickly see the work that Mariannick had to do to achieve such an accomplished result. 2 perfectly decorated lodgings where the smallest piece of furniture or object has a story and a restoration, each with its own vast courtyard terrace as we rarely come across, lawned areas, all on the edge of the town and fields with the Sainte Philomène fountain which will welcome you. A real bubble of rejuvenation and a starting point for very nice excursions. Examples? : - 15 km to the South: Lake Guerlédan, its banks, its trails, its leisure activities and the beautiful Abbaye de Bon Repos. - 16 km to the east: the pretty Little City of Character of Quintin - 22 km to the West: the unexpected and impressive Gorges of Toul Goulic Immediate love at first sight for this new gîte in the centre of Côtes d'Armor. Découverte de cette magnifique région, tant du côté terrestre que maritime. Gite parfaitement situé pour rayonner dans les côtes d'Armor et départements voisins.Gîte au top, parfaitement aménagé avec goût, dans un cadre agréable et reposant, avec cerise sur le gâteau, une hôte discrète, tout en étant aux petits soins pour ses locataires, et de bons conseils quant aux découvertes à faire dans la région.A recommander vivement.Danielle et Jean Louis
