The first floor of this retreat features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to spread out with your loved ones. The living room offers the perfect setting for family movie nights with comfortable sofas (a sofa, a loveseat, and two armchairs) and a large, wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable. Now there's no need to miss your favorite series' season finale! The living room opens up to a spacious, covered deck with an outdoor dining area and gas grill, offering a desirable spot for family BBQs. Speaking of food, back inside, the kitchen comes equipped with everything a chef could expect: stainless steel appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) and plenty of utensils and cookware. When mealtime comes around, there is a gorgeous 10-person dining table with extra seating in the breakfast bar.

The second and main level of the home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry nook with a washer/dryer. There is a private sleeping nook up the spiral staircase where you'll find comfortable beds and a half bathroom. When it comes to outdoor fun, the ground-floor patio has your back with a seating area, a porch swing, plenty of chairs, and an outdoor dining area. Not to mention, the pier and private bay front beach will be just the place to soak up some sunshine.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
