Rooftop of 2 rooms completely renovated and displaying a unique style 2 steps from the beach of Roquebrune. This sunny 65m2 apartment facing south has a large terrace with garden furniture, a lovely view over the rooftops of Roquebrune and a sea view. Located on the top floor, and fully equipped, it can accommodate 2 to 4 people. You will have air conditioning in the summer. An official garage is also at your disposal in the residence.
I will not be present in person but the entire We Care Conciergerie team will take care of you during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact them if you need anything. They are online everyday from 10am to 8pm
District of the beaches of Roquebrune Cap Martin.
South of the apartment you have the sea and the beaches.
To the north you have the Quartier de Carnolès with all amenities: supermarket, butcher, bakery, gas station, hairdresser.
The train station is also a 1-minute walk away.
Travelers have access to all rooms of the apartment and to the parking lot, note that the apartement is very sunny.
The garage is 2.72 m wide, 6.30 m long, and 2.03 m high
You will love this apartment for its location: top floor, open view, 2 minutes from the beaches and the train station

The apartment consists of an entrance, which opens onto a nicely decorated and bright living room with a sofa bed.
You will then find by going on the left a modern kitchen, equipped with a pantry, then a pretty dining room in a row in a veranda at the end of the apartment with an office area.
To the right of the living room there is a bathroom, renovated and chic, then a bedroom with a double bed and storage.
There is air conditioning in the dining room which also cools the kitchen and living room.
A large terrace borders the apartment with garden furniture and deck chairs.
A fairly large closed garage is available in the building.
Recently the owner has made available a paddle for vacationers.

-A closed box is at your disposal in the building
-The railway station is 100m from the apartment and serves all the towns on the coast, including Nice and Italy.
-A bus stop is near the apartment and allows you to reach the surrounding towns including the city of Menton and Nice airport (bus 110)
You can park your vehicle on the public road for around 20€/day or in the open car parks of Roquebrune (Berlioz car park or Bellevue car park) for the same amount.
There is a charge for parking from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., except Sundays and holidays.
Cleaning fees include cleaning and rental of sheets and towels.
There are currently works in front of the residence which may disturb sensitive people
A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.
