The Space:

Perched on an upper floor of Waikiki Banyan, this corner condo puts you above the rhythm of the neighborhood with open views stretching toward the ocean, mountains, and city below. Trade winds move through the space, the light shifts across the water through the day, and the beach is just a short walk from your door.



The space

This west-facing corner unit sits within the Waikiki Banyan condominium hotel, offering a relaxed, airy feel with the kind of views that make it easy to linger. Elevator access, a private entrance, and self check-in with a keypad make arrival simple - and once you're in, everything you need is close at hand.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door - two beds inside offer a comfortable night's rest, with a closet and storage space to unpack and settle in. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests, best suited for children or occasional use. The home sleeps up to four guests.



Living area and workspace

The living room is set up for easy downtime - seating, a TV, window AC, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable after a day out. A dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door gives you a quiet place to catch up on work or plan the next part of your trip. Ethernet and WiFi are both available throughout the condo.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen features Whirlpool stainless steel appliances - electric stove, single oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A rice maker, blender, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, wine glasses, baking sheet, and cooking basics round out the setup. The central island doubles as a casual dining space, making it easy to cook and eat at home whenever you prefer.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the private lanai to catch fresh air and open surroundings. With outdoor seating available, it's an easy place to start the morning with coffee or wind down as the evening cools.



Building amenities

The sixth-floor recreation deck features a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tubs, and a shared sauna - a great spot to unwind between outings. A shared electric BBQ grill, sun loungers, and outdoor dining area are also available on the deck. The building includes free parking in the garage on premises, a level 2 EV charger, and elevator access. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for your time along the shore. My family of four adults stayed here for a full week. Excellent location, great host communication, and clean! Free parking is included! Two minute walk to the beach!Recommendation if you're driving is to come and go via Kuhio and Kapahulu. It's the easiest way to get out of Waikiki and come back to the parking garage.

Beautiful view, clean, and close to beach

Very close to beach and all sorts of attractions, entertainment, and dining options. Parking is very convenient and easy. Only cons are that the elevators were incredibly slow and you have to purchase your own paper towels and toilet paper when you run out.

Perfect Location

The location of the property was nestled in a perfect location. Easy to get on the freeway, easy to walk to all downtown areas, and easy to get to the beach. the view was AMAZING! Having the parking place for our car rental was stress free. The kids enjoyed the pool. Would recommend for families.

Staycation success

For property worked out great for my family and I. Everything was clean and all the amenities were awesome for us. My 3 and 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed the pool and playground. Restaurants were within walking distance. There was even free 4 hour visitor parking which is so rare in Waikiki. We hope to visit this property agsin!

Great spot, with sweeping views

Family had a great stay, with lots of room for 3 of us. Enjoyed having kitchen for the duration of our stay and very comfortable, everything you need provided. Building was safe and once we decided to park near the top of the parking garage it was easier to get in and out. Would recommend, will return. Thank you!

Loved our stay. Family of 5 - pretty cozy but fit all of us. Coffee pot carafe was broken upon arrival but they replaced it ASAP. Dishwasher falls out and needs to be mounted better. Near everything which is super convenient!

Great spot

It was a great stay. Location is close to everything. Balcony view is amazing, you can see bit of beach scene which was nice. The only few thing is TV remote wasn’t working properly and had glitch so we barely used the TV. Doesn’t have AC access to the bedroom so if you close the door you won’t be able to feel cool air when you are sleeping
