Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and/or mountain views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown. Our lovely home sits across the street from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Looking north to desired Seaside Beach and looking south to Tillamook Head. Just out front is the Seaside Cove surf spot. Enjoy the view from kitchen, living room, dining room, and from the master bedroom.


Dog fees are $15/dog/night with a $30 minimum per dog. We accept 2 dogs only.
Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

Everything about this home was perfect. To start it has an awesome location, with windows to see the ocean or the golf course. It was quiet, extremely clean and very well organized. Instructions were clear and posted where needed, things were labeled appropriately. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and available if needed. Spent five nights watching the ocean waves. This was the second time renting from Malia and this vacation was as good as the first trip. Great communication from start to finish, home more beautiful than the description, excellent location, everything you hope your vacation rental will be. Some things we really appreciate is the cleanliness of the property and how well stocked the kitchen is, we ate almost all our meals at the house while watching the ocean waves. This property was everything we were looking for. Ocean front, shopping close by, and a beautiful yard for our four legged family member to run around in. The entire property was well maintained and very clean. And communication with the property owner was prompt and helpful from beginning to end of our stay. Would love to have stayed longer but for sure will be back to visit again. Thank you for all the hospitality.

Amazing view!!

This house has the best view out there! I could sit and watch the ocean all day right out the window. The house was in perfect shape and very clean!! It is in a quieter area of Seaside which is great and the walk to town is really easy. Loved every minute and the hosts are extremely easy to work with. Will stay there again

Magical

This is by far one of the coolest vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. The location could not be beat and the views were magical. We loved sitting in the living room watching the waves and sunset to one side and the golf course to the other side all while enjoying a peaceful fire. We loved the proximity to the beach. It made it so easy with kids. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was very nicely updated. Although old and original, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also loved the jacuzzi and used it every day! We would definitely come back here again.

Magical place south of the city

First time to Seaside and we are obsessed! This home is perfect and was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Beds are super comfy and the boys loved playing foosball and hanging in the hot tub. But the star of the show: the amazing smart toilet/bidet with seat warmer and all the extras lol. We looked forward to each bathroom visit The charming home served as a great launching point for our adventures! Tidepooling at Cannon Beach where we saw so many starfish and ELKS ON THE BEACH, crabbing at Kelly’s Marina (40 mins south), and playing on what felt like our own private beach right in front of the house. Fun to watch all the surfers out front and cheer on the golfers out back from the hot tub. One morning at low tide we found 60 whole sand dollars!!! Literal sand bucket full of 4” beauties. Had fires, ate s’mores, and told ghost stories on the beach every night we were here. We would love to come back and stay longer next trip. Thanks for opening your home to us! Was a trip we’ll never forget.

Beautiful beachfront home!

This was a beautiful place to end our road trip! Home was very clean, and my kids loved the heated bathroom floors after a chilly walk on the beach. The beach access was perfect. We loved searching for sand dollars, and coming back to a nice hot tub in the evenings. Would highly recommend!

We’ve been coming to Seaside since moving to the PNW 4 years ago, this was our first year staying beach front and will not be our last! This house is perfect. There were 3 of us, a couple and a friend, and our dogs. Perfect vacation and location. House was immaculately clean and had everything you could want in a rental house. No beach towels, but everything else! Bathroom was so nice and that living room. Incredible. Already booked another stay!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay. We loved the easy access to the beach and the amenities the house provided for us and our two kids. The house was spotless upon arrival and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling to seaside!

Awesome location

We had a great time in this house. It was our first overnight trip away from home with our 5 month old and I really appreciated having a pack n play and high chair provided! Overall it was clean, just the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned out from previous guests. No biggy. The heat was a little weird — I don’t think there’s a vent in the king-bed room because it was freezing compared to the rest of the house. We had warm days but in the winter a space heater would have been a necessity. The hosts were communicative through the app but were having some issues with their cell. Luckily we didn’t need anything or have any kind of emergency. The hot tub was amazing and we loved being able to see the beach from the living room. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place!

This home was perfect for our family trip to Seaside! We appreciated the cleanliness, beach access, decor, comfortability… basically everything! Bring slippers to keep your feet warm on the hard wood floors. And be prepared to be amazed by the toilet! We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay. Our clients tell us we are friendly, have quality cleans, and are responsive.
