Fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster, soap, napkins, dishes and utensils are on site. House has a newly renovated pool with a stone walkway, Smart TV’s in each room with YouTube! A small library and several board games are on site. The backyard features a Stainless Steel BBQ Grill, outdoor couches, beautiful fire pit, 2 tables with chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas and new landscaping. The home comes with convenient amenities: complimentary coffee,
pool towels, Linens, washer/dryer, and super comfy beds! There’s an excellent view of the Arizona sunsets from the covered patio out back!
Four cars fit on the property: two in the garage, two in the driveway. There is also plenty parking off the street. The kitchen has a Keurig style coffee maker along with a standard 12 cup pot.

This house is located in a stunning area on a cul-de-sac and in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood.

There is plenty of room for your entire group to gather by either sitting at the huge quartz island, the comfortable seating area next to it or even the dining table on the other side. All within feet of each other so you can enjoy each other‘s company while someone is preparing the food. You can also look out into the stunning backyard through the sliding glass doors to keep an eye on your group that is either relaxing by the beautiful fire pit underneath the covered patio area or the people who are enjoying the pool. There is a beanbag toss game set up on the grass side of the yard for the competitive people in your group. Want to just relax and lay in the sun? Plenty of chaise lounges for you to do that on also.

Choose from one of the four bedrooms, as all the beds are extremely comfortable. Each bedroom also has a TV for anyone who wants to get away from the crowd and get a little privacy. All of the TVs are smart TVs with YouTube included. There is a king bed in the master, a queen bed in two of the spare rooms and two doubles in the fourth bedroom. We have a comfortable leather couch if you need a 9th guest. Both bathrooms were renovated with an extreme attention to detail with an upscale feel. You will honestly feel like you are staying in a five-star resort. All the bedrooms are very spacious and the master is quite large with a seating area and doors leading outside to the pool. You will not want to leave!

*Please note that staff will come to perform routine maintenance on the pool and landscaping.

*During cold months, and with 72 hours advanced notice, the pool could be heated for an additional $60 per night for the entire stay as once we turn on the heater we run it until your stay is over. The pool does take about two or three days to heat up during the cooler months. Please let me know when you book if you want to add the pool heat so I can set up a schedule to turn it on a couple days prior to your arrival. (Please note that this is heated with an electric heater as there isn’t natural gas available at this house so we could not install a gas heater, so depending on the time of the year the temperature of the pool will range anywhere from 70° to 83°. We set it at 83° but with an electric heater once it drops below 55° it takes a while to keep it heated) (please note there is a ring doorbell that does monitor the entrance to the home only)
