All about Demet’s place
The apartment is situated between the Lake and the beautiful Italian mountains. It is located near one of the most beautiful beaches stretching around the lake. The building is provided with a swimming pool and luscious greenery. The apartment is freshly furnished with a covered parking space. Lake Como is suitable for both hiking and lake activities (you can rent canoes & boats) and it offers you some typical Italian restaurants and bars where you can enjoy tasty aperitivos in Italy.
The space
The spacious double story apartment with over 90 square meters has one bedroom, a separable living room with two 3 seater sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6 - 8 people, and one large bathroom where you can also find an easy to use washing machine.
The living room is equipped with satellite TV and has access to the sunny and spacious 12 sqm terrace, with views of the mountains, luscious greenery, and partial views of the beautiful lake.
All rooms have windows from where you have a beautiful view of the mountains or the countryside. The rooms can be completely darkened with exterior blinds. Although there is no air conditioning, the apartment is pleasantly cool in the Summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with complimentary cutlery, crockery, an espresso machine, a sink, dishwasher and refrigerator with a freezer.
The beds in the bedrooms are wide and very comfortable.
The bedrooms and living room are covered with cool tiles. The apartment is heated by a central heating system.
The bathroom is spacious including a walk-in shower with a marvelous view of the mountains.
Guest access
Access to the property, the enclosed underground parking with a garage fitted for two cars is entered by an automated gate as well as the walk in gate. The tenant receives a tag and remote for the doors on his/her arrival.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and can be reached by walking up the stairs. Please note that there is no lift available.
Other things to note
The accommodation is accessible in only 20 minutes by car from the motorway exit or the main train station Colico train station. To Milan city center, to the airport Milano-Malpensa, and to Lugano / Switzerland one needs only about 35 minutes to 90 minutes by car, depends on where you need to be. The historical center of Como is about 60 minutes by car while enjoying one of the most scenic routes of Italy! The walk to the lake/beach takes less than 10 minutes with some typical cafes and restaurants which are mainly frequented by locals.
A travel baby bed or a high chair are not available, unfortunately, however, your bab(y) (ies) / child (eren) is/are more than welcome with their own necessities to their comfort.
