Welcome to this gated fully furnished condo that is conveniently located in the heart of Medical Center and within walking distance from the University Hospital and minutes to Lack-land AFB. This is a one home you will not want to miss and it is by far one of the most charming condo that you’ll find in the San Antonio area. The home is filled with modern yet stylish decor and is extra welcoming. We are a family of military veterans and are very supportive of our military Brothers, Sisters.

San Antonio is an amazing city with plenty of interesting history, great food, and a wonderful culture. We love SA and we are sure you will love it too.

Guests are allowed to use the entire unit (except 1 closet for supplies) and it includes all of the amenities that you need for a home away from home stay, and is greatly loved among past guests.

Below are few important notes to be aware of, please read through our House Rules to ensure this home is a good fit for you:

. An ID must be verified by the VRBO platform and minimum age to rent is 21 years old

. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. In consideration of future guests we do require pet owners to prevent their little furry guests from climbing on furniture to include chairs, couches, beds, etc.. We ask all pet owners to be diligent in adhering to these rules and recommend the use of a kennel when necessary. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of pet waste properly. There is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet/per trip

. Guest will receive all the check-in information 24 hours before arrival date.

. Your parking is spot #25. (Coming straight from the gate, last spot to your left).

. We have Netflix, standard cable and no elevator as the unit is on the third floor.

. We have a door bell camera for your safety and our protection.

. The unit is kids-friendly but not child proof.

. Be informed, a signed lease/contract will be required for any reservations extending beyond 28 days. Thank you for your cooperation!

***COVID-19 Cleaning Protocol***

. We have taken necessary precautions to clean and disinfect the home after each guest’s stay. Our cleaning team have been using Lysol disinfecting products to clean the entire unit.

. We are not responsible for anyone who contracts COVID-19 before/during and after their stay at the unit.
