I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. We take the cleanliness and condition of our apartments very seriously.Prior to your arrival, the apartment had been occupied for an extended period, and unfortunately the turnover and cleaning process did not meet the standard we expect. I was also in the process of transitioning between cleaning teams at the time, which unfortunately affected the turnover of the apartment. I do appreciate that you brought your concerns to my attention during your stay. Unfortunately, by the time I was made aware of the full extent of the situation, the experience had already been impacted. Had I known the condition was as you described from the beginning, I would have immediately arranged for additional cleaning and replaced anything that needed to be replaced. I have since taken steps to address the cleaning process and ensure we have a more consistent standard moving forward. I sincerely regret that your experience did not reflect the level of care we strive to provide. As a small host, reviews have a significant impact on our listing and our ability to continue hosting guests. I truly wish we had been able to provide you with the experience you expected and that this situation had occurred during a transition period that ultimately affected your stay.
