Our large house in the beautiful LONG BEACH is fully furnished with fun and comfort in mind to meet all your vacation needs. Family fun time to be had.

We are an accommodating and family-friendly community and we hope you decide to visit our family vacation rental.

Note: We have a strict NO PETS policy due to a severe HEALTH allergies

CHECK-OUT TIME:
Unfortunately, it is difficult to extend checkout time past 10AM. Just like hotels, we have new guests checking in after you. And the cleaning crew needs a few hours to get the entire townhouse ready.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEES:
Please note, our cleaning service charges us per hour ($50) and they shows up around 10AM. If you are late for any reasons and the cleaning service is waiting outside for you to check-out, each partial hour late will be charged $50 and we will be deducted from your deposit. Thanks for your understanding.

NO Parties: ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events are allowed at house. Only the number of people listed at time of the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. If any party occur at the house, the authorities will be call to escort guests from the properties, damages $ will be charged and all monies will be forfeited.

NO smoking indoors: There is a strict NO SMOKING indoors policy. To include vaping/illegal substances. In the event that house is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorization fee applied.

Wi-Fi is not a guaranteed amenity as weather plays a factor in its performance. No refunds will be issued if Wi-Fi is not available.

We stayed here as a team while in Gulfport for the Collegiate Club Triathlon Nationals. The kitchen and table were great for making and eating dinners as a team. We enjoyed using the game room for hanging out and our pool tournament to cap off our trip. The neighborhood felt safe and wasn't too far from the beach. The host was also super responsive and quick to accommodate with any questions/issues. Thanks for the great Gulfport experience!!

Rooms were roomy, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. It rained the whole weekend, we didn’t get a chance to sit in the big backyard this time but look forward to another stay during the spring. We will try to book again. It was wonderful

I enjoyed my stay here, I love the backyard setup and master bedroom

This house was a great vacation home, great area, quiet neighborhood, and the host did communicate very well. I wish it was warmer when we went, so we could’ve have enjoyed the backyard.

Spacious house for large group

There were 12 in our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and a bed for everyone. We enjoyed the TVs and screened in back porch. Also enjoyed game room.

Nice visit to the beach

Our family of 11 enjoyed the stay in the house. The children / pre teens enjoyed the game room and all the extras. Us adults enjoyed the many sitting areas and the many extra towels at the property. We didn't even use all of them! We enjoy the trips to the Coast. Thanks for having us!

5th Squad events weekend

I am member of a Veteran 501c3 Nonprofit called 5th Squad. We recently spent 2 nights at this house. We had more than enough room for our 14 guests. The house is great! The host, Kim, is very easy to work with and communicates very quickly! We will be looking to stay here again in the future!

Good Low Key Friend's Trip

I stayed here with a group of friends for the weekend. The yard is perfect to hang out in with a drink in hand and a football in the other. Especially great because we love soccer, and there was a spacious area to juggle in and also a field down the street we used a few times. Also not far from Island View Casino (which does have a non-smoking section if you're unaware). I hope we were quiet enough at night! It's a neighborhood so not for rowdy groups. We did go for my bachelor party but mostly used the house as a home base.

Nice place, close to beach but some of the bed spaces was a little exaggerated.

Property was very near and for the most part accommodating for flaming size. Just a few small hiccups. The pullout sofa didn’t pull out. My teen grills had to sleep on the sofa not a sofa bed and when you cook in the kitchen it became so hot in the home. I had to purchase more fans to cool off everyone. . So not too much of an issue but it was a little annoying. And there was no iron. We had to buy an iron.

Great property, great host.

We loved this property. My main concern when renting is cleanliness and this house did not disappoint. We were a group of 19, not all sleeping there, but spending time together. The game room was great for the teenagers and even the little kids. The neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do. The screened back porch was perfect for the smokers in the group. We all spent a lot of time there. We had a problem with the wifi not working but I contacted Maria fairly late on Fri. night and someone was there to fix it early Sat. morning. The house has plenty of room for everyone and is very nice. I would recommend this property very highly.
