This is a newly added basement apartment where the owner lives upstairs and can comfortably sleep up to 3 people. It is new, fresh, sparkling clean with great windows and patio doors for the full beautiful view of the property, babbling creek, woods and meandering wildlife; creating a peaceful relaxing ambiance. Includes full size pool table and exercise area.

Beautiful and Relaxing

The location was very easy to find and as you drive back to Heaven Sent you see how much love and care is put into the property. Beautifully maintained and it was so nice to sit out on the patio and enjoy the sound of the creek and waterfalls as well as all the birds. Everything was great on the inside too and the host was super nice. Would stay here again for sure!

Absolutely Heaven Sent

We arrived on Friday afternoon and the communication with the host was excellent with the directions. This place truly is a gem and the host was exceptionally kind. She took the time to greet us and was such a pleasant person. We loved the quiet and serene surrounding yet we were close enough for shopping, sight seeing and activities we had planned. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed staying there so much that I wish I lived there! Everything you could possibly need or want is provided for you! It was clean, peaceful, quiet, and had a beautiful small creek in back with a fire pit, chairs, and even firewood. Charlene is such an amazing host! Heaven Sent is definitely heaven

Charlene’s place is perfect! It was exactly what we needed. I was in the area for a week because my daughter was attending SUNY Fredonia for the week. Charlene’s place was nearby and centrally located to everything. It was organized, clean, and welcoming. Charlene was always available to provide anything we might need. She was helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in the area. The pictures on her listing does not do it justice - it is such a peaceful and beautiful location.
