We have been renting our oceanfront home since 2009 with 5 star reviews consistently. The pictures of the exterior and interior show that the home is well maintained and cared for. On Saturday June 12th 2021, our housekeepers arrived to what they described as "It looks as if a bomb went off in this home". They immediately sent us pictures of damages, garbage everywhere, food left all over the kitchen counter and floors, a spill of a white substance on the dinning room table left there to dry, empty bottles of water, soda, beer left all over the inside and outside of the home. We have a pool company that cleans the pool twice a week before the next tenants arrive. Our cleaning crew is also responsible for cleaning the outside pool area, bbq, arrange all the patio furniture and observe and report if anything needs immediate attention. The home was cleaned, sanitized, pool cleaned and NO BEER BOTTLES IN POOL NOR SAND when this family arrived there on Saturday June 12, 2021. If there was an issue when they arrived, they should have called us immediately to report the items they saw such as beer bottles in the pool. But NO PHONE CALL NOR COMMUNICATION OF ANY KIND was received by them to inform us of ANY ISSUES with the home. I am thankful I have pictures to provide to VRBO for the claims of broken items they broke and witnesses to provide proof of the ABSOLUTE FILTH this family left behind as we have proof and verbal account of new tenant who arrived early to the home and walked in to see the disaster left by them. Since 2009, THERE HAS NEVER BEEN BED BUGS IN OUR HOME!!!! The beach does have NO SEUMS, WHICH ARE ALL OVER FLORIDA BEACHES!! It is VERY APPARENT that when this family booked this home, they COULD NOT AFFORD IT!! As they had air mattresses in the rooms for more people than allowed!! Tenants such as this family/ woman write reviews such as this in order to try to get a FREEE vacation stay, It is UTTERLY DISHONEST AND DISGUSTING!!!!!. As for the garage, it states very clearly in the description of the property that THE GARAGE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL!!! Therefore, this family was TRESPASSING in the garage without permission to enter it!!!! We are happy to provide all the pictures taken by the cleaning crew as they arrived there on Saturday June 19th after they checked out of the home. We are always available to the tenants 24hrs a day and live very close to the home. We NEVER received any calls of problems the entire week they were there!
