Shell Cove 106 is a cute, newly renovated in 2024 beachfront condo in Bradenton Beach. Steps to the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island! The living area has plenty of seating with a large HDTV. The dining room comfortably accommodates 5 people. The master has a king size bed and guest bedroom features one queen and one twin bed and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is updated with new cabinets and countertops. No dishwasher.
Walk out to the beach to watch an amazing Anna Maria Island sunset every evening. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. Wireless and cable to keep you connected just in case!

Shell Cove 106 was an ideal location for our family. The beach was gorgeous and it was so nice to be able to run inside and get stuff for the kids without having to pack everyone up and leave the beach. We would book again anytime! The area felt safe and there are many good restaurants within a 2-10 minute drive. We had no complaints or issues.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was a great beach spot. We walked out the front door directly to the beach. It was fantastic! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, wagon. The kitchen was fully stocked and check in was seamless. There was plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

Our stay was amazing. The property was perfect. Steps to the beach and plenty of beach chairs. Toys and umbrellas. We will definitely rent this again in the future.

Perfect in every way!

Everyone loved our stay! The location is PERFECT! White sand beach is steps away. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having the beach cart with chairs, umbrella, etc. was so nice! We loved that the beach here was quiet, but the great restaurants and shops are a short distance away. Already have my return trip booked!

Location location location

Great place to stay. You can see the sea through the window and be on the beach in seconds. The condo was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located for entertainment and restaurants. There is something for everyone within 1 mile. We rode bikes on the bike lanes up and down the key without any issues even though the main highway stays busy throughout the day.

Clean and beachfront

Enjoyable stay. No pool but didn’t really miss it. Could not access our Netflix or other streaming apps and, in 2022, a device should be made available for renters. Recommend.
