Dies ist eine neue Vermietung auf der Insel. Sweet Dreams ist die untere linke Einheit von vier Einheiten von Beach Dreams. Es ist eine Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Einheit, die fünf mit dem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa und einem Doppelbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer schlafen wird. Es hat zwei Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Ein kleines bis mittelgroßes Auto ist mit diesem Gerät erlaubt. Wenn Sie zusätzliche Parkplätze außerhalb des Geländes benötigen, steht Ihnen nur ein Auto zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Trockner inklusive sowie Spülmaschine. Nichts ist besser als dieser Ort für Ihre Strandträume. Dieses Gerät bietet ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Strandtücher und Sonnenschirme sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Internet und WLAN ist inbegriffen. The best sunsets

This is the 2nd time that we stayed in this property and is the best decision, very close of everything, the beach right there a few steps away, very comfy, like home definitely next summer we will come back

Perfect Location

Lovely cozy home stay exactly as described. Steps from the beach where you can watch the sunset from the patio. A little confusion with the check-in process but was quickly solved with the property manager. We would happily stay again!

Wendy was great to deal with, our unit had issues prior to our arrival and she upgraded us to another unit with no hassle or up charge. She responded to our questions at all times of the day and very quickly. Thank you for the experience and will book with you again.

Perfect Island Location

Wendy hosted an amazing little beach cottage. Right off Gulf Drive S and walking distance to all the great things off of Bridge St. This is a great little place on the beach and in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the island. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great place

Location can’t be beat . Unit had everything we needed . Really appreciated the strong AC system, comfortable bedding , and well appointed kitchen. Ground floor unit was convenient and didn’t hear the neighbors hardly at all . We had a rain leak first day , a couple of buckets of water , this was right before hurricane so it could have been severe problem for next guests . Hope to see AMI again in the future !

Best location!

The beachfront condo was not only on the beach but walking distance to the cute strip of the beach town. Parking was tricky (even at the condo its tight) so good location was a huge asset, plus glorious to cocktail at sunset and coffee at sunrise on the beach. Bring basics like shower soap & coffee pods for the keurig! Really loved being there!

The best place

My family and I spend 1 week at this place and it was like a dream, every morning we took the breakfast on the porch with the beach view, they have a new beautiful white couch that is not in the pictures, the beds are really comfy, everything was clean, we Spend every single day at the beach that it is a few steps away from the door, and stay until the sunset it was magic , we definitely come back to this beautiful and peaceful place

Perfect first time on AMI

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is exactly as described in listing and you are literally steps away to an amazing beach location. The unit itself is very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation - daily breakfast on our front porch, morning/ sunset walks on the beach, spotted dolphins and a manatee swam right past us a few times (mid morning hours). Great restaurants and quaint shops within 2 min walk to Bridge St. And it's just a short drive to other beaches - Coquina Beach has a craft/ food market set up in parking lot 2x per week and a walk on the beach there is a must - stunning views to enjoy. Already thinking about staying here next year!

Perfect for 4. Right on the beach. Unfortunately you can’t see the beach from the porch. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the beach Sunday market. Was a little noisy with traffic constantly going by but that is the upside and the downside of being so close.

Fall break getaway

Our stay was great. Being just a few weeks after Hurricane Ian we were very concerned that we would have to cancel. We were able to communicate with Wendy and she did a great job of keeping us updated. The property was great, right on the beach right next to the public beach access. There is a small side porch but no view of the gulf considering the neighbors property backs right up to the house and sits between the property and the beach. Thankfully the public access is right out the side door. Wendy's place is clean, well stocked, organized, and perfectly located! Bridge St. is half a block away and we had a blast strolling over there to shop and eat.

Location! Location! Location!

We just completed a heavenly 10 days on Anna Maria Island at “Sweet Dreams” in Bradenton Beach. The condo was even better than the photos on VRBO. The living room now has a new couch and coffee table. Wendy was very responsive to some additional items needed in the condo. The location was spectacular!! We were right next to the beach path and a short distance to historic Bridge Street with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. To make the stay in the small comfortable condo even better, I would suggest the addition of towel bars in both bathrooms. The bedroom with two twin beds has no closet. A wall mounted closet system providing a place to hang clothes is badly needed. If you want a convenient place practically on the beach and close to town, you won’t regret staying at “Sweet Dreams”

Great Location! Cute updated condo on the beach...

You really can't beat this location on the north end of the island. Just a short walk to anything you would need and a free trolley to take you anywhere else. Plenty of places to wine and dine within walking distance. The condo itself is cute and comfortable although, I will admit we spent most of our time at the condo on the front porch. It has everything you need. Plenty of towels, linens, beach towels etc...the only thing I couldn't find that I needed was a blender. If there was one, I couldn't find it. :) There are also beach chairs and and umbrella for your use. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and very easy to work with. My only concern would be if all of the units were booked, parking would be an issue. The owner does state that there is limited parking in the description of the property. With that being said, we plan on staying here again next time we are in the area.

Not up to expectations

Location was fantastic, everything else not so much. I have a ton of pics of how dirty it was. no pillow protectors on, quilts had not been cleaned for some time. ice left if freezer from others, lots of junk laying around outside broken. one heater for the whole place and it was cold out. I have lived and stayed in a lot of places on AMI and this was by far the dirtiest,especailly at 600 a night with fees. i should have left a bill for my cleaning there. It felt grungie as heck. there are better places and cleaner places to stay. Coffee and tea pots were caked with goo. Just a mess in general. Don't stay here.

This was 1st trip for my family to Anna Marie Island. Unfortunately a few things kept this vacation was being great. This place looked great on the listing. Overall it was ok, but we will not return. Pros: * location was Great!! right on the beach, close to great shopping *Met the neighbors above us - they were Super nice Con: *The washer sounded like a jet was taking off- it was sooo loud, So we decided to only start laundry right before we went to the beach/dinner etc. *The hand soap/dish soap in kitchen was filled up with water to make it last long- We decided not to use it and got our own *The window in the one bathroom leaked all over the place when it rained * light for main bedroom wasn't easy to figure out- *We came across some stuff at the house that we were uncomfortable with and Wendy didn't see to care one bit My husband had called to discuss a few concerns and while he was explaining some of our concerns, Wendy the manager hung up on him. Very unprofessional She immediately started to txt him and accuse him of yelling- which did not happen. Kept offering to clean but that wasn't going to fix the few problems we ran into. Wendy didn't want to take any responsibility for stuff that needed attention. I decided to look back at more reviews after we left and let me tell you- I wish I would have listened to what others had said. Look at reviews from 6-19-24,9-6-22,2-16-2022,7-8-19 b4 booking- she even accused ppl of lying on their reviews-

Great Location- with a few flaws

My family and I have been coming to Anna Maria for the past 5 years. We usually book with a specific management company, but decided to try something new this year. This place looked gorgeous in the listing. Overall it wasn’t horrible, but we would probably not stay here again. Here are a few pros and cons from our stay here: Pros- 1. Location was amazing. We could walk right out to the beach and Bridge street was a 2 minute walk away. 2. The A/C units were on point. We stayed nice and cold. 3. The bed was actually really comfortable. 4. There were lots of extra fans for those that need that extra noise to sleep. Cons- 1. The door and the 2nd bathroom leak when it rains. Not just a little leak. Like a steady stream coming from the ceiling. We filled up a huge pot within minutes. 2. While the property is nicely decorated and looks nice, it is a little smaller than expected. It would be better for a party of 2 or a couple with one small child. 3. We are used to the condos we stay in being in pristine condition when we arrive. This one was a little dirtier. It wasn’t horrible, but it’s those little details you notice. 4. The washer- so glad it has a washer, but we had to start a load when we were getting ready to leave because it literally sounds like a jet is taking off in the living room. It is VERY loud. 5. The blinds on the door were broken and had lots of water damage and stains. We found this out when the leaking began.
