Amazing handmade leather furniture, fireplace and large TV create an inviting gathering place. Full size appliances, quartz countertops, quality dish ware and a fully stocked kitchen make meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom is roomy and has a walk-in shower with seating and glass door. After a fun day of all the activities that Badin Shores has to offer, a comfy queen size bed awaits. The bedroom has 2 closets with barn style doors, a dresser and TV.
Phoenix Tiny House boasts of a beautiful lake view, as well as The Uwharrie National Forest that can be enjoyed from the huge screen porch or open deck. We also have a lower deck with gas grill and bistro table. There is plenty of room for parking and only 3 steps to enter the screen porch. It’s a perfect couple’s getaway!
There is lots to do at Badin Shores Resort…swimming pool, basketball courts, playgrounds, beach area, fishing pier, boardwalk around lake, marina, Joey’s Bar and Grill restaurant, horseshoes, putt-putt, and track for remote control cars.

Badin Shores Resort is in a rural setting and restaurants aren’t plentiful. Bring your favorite cut of meat and enjoy our grilling deck. We have a well stocked kitchen for your use. Also, a great food truck, The 812 Grill, is usually set up right outside the park.

We hope you will enjoy your stay at Phoenix at Badin Lake and love it as much as we do. (There’s an outdoor security camera on the property)
