The Galena Territory is a semi-private, 6,800-acre private recreational and residential lake community located six miles outside the historic city of Galena in Northwest Illinois. Nestled near the center of The Territory is Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, known for its 63 holes of championship golf and open to the general public.

Using a vehicle is the easiest way around the territory but there are plenty of trails and roads to walk on!

The garage is not available for use but there is plenty of parking. The driveway can easily accommodate six vehicles!

We have a Tesla wall charger installed in the garage. It is compatible with any EV as long as you have the appropriate adapter for non-Tesla vehicles. Please contact me if you would like to use the charger during your stay!
