Promenade 886. Wir haben jetzt unsere Bettwäsche in allen vier unserer Eigentumswohnungen auf eine Mindestanzahl von 650 Bettwäsche aus ägyptischer Baumwolle und Luxushandtücher aufgewertet.

Alle unsere Eigentumswohnungen sind vom Better Business Bureau mit A + bewertet.

Kürzlich wurden neue Küchenschränke hinzugefügt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wurde in ein King-Size-Bett mit neuen Möbeln umgebaut. Die Fliesen sind in Granit getaucht. Die Waschtische sind mit Granitoberflächen ausgestattet. Boardwalk 886 ist eine hübsch dekorierte Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einer fantastischen Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko, die vom Wohnbereich, dem Hauptschlafzimmer und natürlich der Terrasse aus gesehen werden kann. Spazieren Sie zum neuen Gulf Shores Pier, um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen oder zu angeln. Nach Westen sind es nur 4 Häuserblocks zum Hang Out, zum Pink Pony und zu vielen weiteren Restaurants und Geschäften. Vergessen Sie nicht, den NAS-Zeitplan für die Trainingszeiten des Blauen Engels zu überprüfen.

Die Aussicht vom Hauptschlafzimmer ist fantastisch, weil das Deck schräg ist. Sie wachen auf und es ist da. Trinken Sie Kaffee und sehen und hören Sie den Golf und die Delfine. Habe ich die Aussicht erwähnt? Deshalb haben wir das Gerät gekauft und deshalb werden Sie Ihren Aufenthalt genießen, da bin ich mir sicher. Not as expected

The positive.... location was perfect! It was right on the beach, with the Sea and Suds restaurant nearby, serving delicious food. There was 24-hour friendly security in the parking lot. The balcony had great furniture and overlooked the ocean. The living room furniture appeared new.The negative was the condo was not as clean as we expected, we recleaned many items as we used them. After notifying the owner, I anticipate he will confer with the housecleaners and the issue will be resolved.iussue anthewillississ will be resolved in the future.

Last minute stay

We were supposed to go to Daytona until the hurricane hit and they canceled on us the day before we were to leave. I found a place in gulf shores with in an hour of the cancellation. The beach had rental chairs. The condo has beach chairs and the property has a restaurant on site. There was a market across the street. Everything was very convenient. It was one of the smaller places we have rented, but it was clean and took care of our needs.

What a wonderful honeymoon!

My husband and I went down last year in October for our honeymoon. The condo was beautiful and so convenient to dining and entertainment. We had a wonderful time and Larry and Jan were very great to work with as far as getting in touch with us quickly after we sent them an email about the condo. They were also very sweet. We definitely be staying there again in the near future.

A fabulous condo in Gulf Shores

A fabulous condo with a to-die for view of the Gulf. The property was exactly as listed; updated furniture, everything we needed, well maintained, clean and neat. This perfect condo included immediate access to the beach, parking, restaurants, stores and town. Our stay at Boardwalk made it a fantastic New Year's holiday. All four of us seniors, gave this a Five Star rating.

Perfect location/view

The location couldn't be more perfect. Walking distance to the pier, bars/restaurants, shopping. The view is spectacular. Loved waking up to the view of the gulf in our master bedroom. Bed was comfortable. The master bath has a nice size shower. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This is an older condo building as you will read in reviews just as I did, but after visiting, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Two couples just returned from staying here for a week. It's exactly as pictured and good for couples. The location is the best with a great gulf front view. Beach was wonderful, large pool and deck. We ate at almost all of Larry's recommendations and put on a few lbs! It was so good to be able to walk to restaurants/beach bars and not always have to drive. Papa Rocco's was the best for pizza and live entertainment. Shopping was good at the Tanger outlet mall. Thanks Larry and Jan for sharing your condo with us.

Review of Boardway 886

My family and I stayed there the beginning of May. The condo was just beautiful. It was clean and conveniently located. We opened the patio door the minute we arrived and didnt close it until we left. It was fantastic sleeping and eating meals on the patio watching and listening to the ocean. Everything was bright, clean and comfortable. We noticed there were some items that other renters had left and we did the same. We left some children's sand toys for future kids. If you want a really nice condo at a great location, try renting here. We will definitely be back in the future.

Loved the Condo!

Loved the condo! Everything you need. The weather didn't cooperate for us much (20" of rain Friday thru Sunday) but at least the sattelite and internet didn't go out, and Monday was beautiful. Enjoyed the balcony very much. Big comfy king bed in the master bedroom with nice views of the gulf. We are already looking foreward to another trip! Try a pizza from Old World Bakery, and another little tip, if you dont want to cook a full meal, Surf n Suds has take out appetizers at dinner time that we took advantage of a couple times, and can get them ready in about 10 min (the fried zuccini is awsome)! Travel advisory: There is road work along interstate 59 in several spots, down to 1 lane for about 12 miles in one spot so plan on some slow downs,

Loved it!!

Our stay was amazing! The condo is gorgeous and has everything you need. The owners were very helpful and even called me back on Christmas day to help me make our plans. Aside from the wonderful condo is the breathtaking beach. We were out in our swimsuits the last week of December! The sand was so white my 2 year old nephew was convinced it was snow! The kids were thrilled to see the dolphins. We took a walk down to the pier and they saw sting rays, jelly fish, and witnessed a fisherman catch a HUGE fish. They also became friends with a few of the local pelicans. We also hit the local fish market where we bought fresh shrimp and crab legs. They packed it all up in a cooler for our trip home. We just enjoyed a wonderful New Years feast with our family back home. WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!

Cons - even though the policy listed on the fridge says you are allotted 2 parking passes, the owner will give you one and request $50 for the 2nd pass - cleanliness is subpar. There was other peoples hair in the corners of the rooms when we arrived. Needed to be swept better. Baseboards by the bed had piles of dust… not under the bed, but literally visible beside the bed. - 110% buy the trip insurance. Even if you have a family emergency, the host is not going to work with you if it’s past the 60 day policy - this specific condo is quite a bit higher than other condos at Boardwalk that are very very similar - 3/4 beach chairs provided are broken - Boardwalk could really use a hot tub or splash pad like other condos in the area have - the deck has lots of obvious loose boards - pool is usually cold and frequently needs to be skimmed (lots of debris) Pros - we love the location of Boardwalk - sea & suds is right beside you (does not allow take out anymore though) - the host usually replies to messages in a timely manner - the beach is really nice Overall, we would return to Boardwalk but would try to book a different condo with a different host.

Nice condo, great beach location, cleaning staff left a lot to be desired

When we arrived, the parking was a little to be desired but we were aware we may have to park across the street from the information we were provided when we chose this condo. Luckily, we did not have any small children because you had to cross E. Beach Boulevard which can sometimes be very congested and be very hard for drivers to see you at night. When we got into the condo, the view was absolutely gorgeous from the balcony!! There was a very nice table with tall chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view while enjoying the sounds of the waves at all times of the day and evening. The condo was decorated very nice and the furniture was extremely nice and you could tell that the owners had not held back with regards to the cost of the furniture. The beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable and had very plush linens and comforters on them. The kitchen appliances were very nice and the washer and dryer appeared to be close to brand new. Unfortunately, I do not believe the cleaning staff are doing the owners' justice nor are they doing the job they are getting paid to do. However, there is a book that the owners leave in the condo and they ask you to write in it as to how your stay was. It appeared we were not the only ones that had this problem so hopefully this will be rectified in the near future. It would be a shame for the actions of incompetent cleaning staff to cause a wonderful condo owned by great owners to be jeopardized.

Husband and I were very impressed and happy we chose your property. We had a great time on the beach, were able to walk to local bar/restaurants , shops etc. Were able to golf just a short drive away as well. Your condo was perfect in every way and we thank you.

Relaxing getaway

Overall great experience. The property is right across from a market and not a very long walk from all the shops and restaurants. Property was clean and has everything you need for an extended stay.

Beach front condo

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved how close to the beach this property is. There is also a great pool that faces the beach. Sea n Suds it right on the beach in front of this property for a cool drink or a bite to eat. There are also chair and umbrellas for rent right in front of this property. Everything you need to have an amazing time on the beach.
