There's Always time for the SEA...A great location in Barrier Dunes.

This is an end unit, New flooring and paint throughout. New living room furniture and bedroom furniture. This lovely 2 BR 2BA townhome located in the heart of Barrier Dunes is directly across from the boardwalk that takes you straight to the BEACH in less than 2 minutes! The tennis court and 1 pool located right beside condo. The living area is comfortably furnished including a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and dining table w/chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenties(toaster, crockpot,coffee pot, keurig). The master bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has a queen bed, also sofa is a pullout queen bed all linens are included. Both bedrooms have a private balcony. This home is very clean and well maintained! Barrier Dunes is a gated community with two pools, tennis courts, stocked fishing ponds, and playground area. There is Plenty of stuff to see, explore,snorkel, fishing, shelling, state park which is very close has walking trails, you also can rent pontoons for the day in the state park. We do have snowbird special savings for whole month stays for January, February, March if you are interested please inquire.

Best Vacation

The house was amazing and the location was steps away from both pools, the beach, and the playground. Furnishings were very nice and everything was provided. Hostess was so gracious and accommodating to us traveling with littles. Even the kids say this was their favorite house we have ever stayed in a CSB! Will definitely book this place again and recommend to others!

Super Location, Comfortable and Clean

Sherri and Rodgers unit is a very short walk to the beach and the pools. It’s ultra clean, nicely decorated and freshly updated. Great communication on the booking process and arrival. Cape San Blas is a beautiful white sand beach rarely very crowded. Barrier Dunes fronts right up to the beach and family friendly. Book now!

Best vacation ever!!!

I rarely write a review. This has been by far my favorite vacation destination In years. I’ll never go back to another beach. Our hostess went beyond and her accommodations far exceeded our expectations. Close to beach and pool. We had everything we needed. I can’t go on enough about this condo. It was wonderful. I’ll be back and refer all I know to this condo and beach :)

The condo was clean. The overall gated community seemed a bit dated. The pools were small for the amount of people present. The owners of this condo were very friendly and helpful. We had a good time overall.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall and that you enjoyed our home. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your opinion of the community was that it seemed dated. Our HOA does a fantastic job at keeping it looking beautiful and well maintained. Recently they have added new entry gates, resurfaced and tiled pools, resurfaced tennis courts, and updated landscaping. Everything goes well with the style of the townhouses. During peak rental season you may have experienced more people in the pools. There is one large pool and a smaller pool that meet the suggested size for the number of units in the community.

Perfect Vacation Townhouse

Our stay was fabulous!!! I was amazed at the cleanliness and the amenities in this condo. Sherri definitely doesn’t skimp on quality products from the beds to towels and linens. The entire place smelled so very clean every time you entered all week. The proximity to the beach, pools and tennis courts was perfect! Sherri was a blessing to deal with and answered any questions we had within 5 minutes. We will definitely be back next summer!!!! Thank you Sherri for your beautiful condo and hospitality!!!

Best destination with an amazing place to stay!

Could not be happier with our destination choice, and Sherri’s condo made it even better! We couldn’t have asked for a more clean and beautifully decorated home to stay in during our vacation. My husband loves to cook, and it had every utensil and gadget he could have possibly needed. It’s a very short walk to the beach…. Short enough that we carried kayaks from the condo to the beach with no issue. She provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. Location is perfect. Sherri made sure we got in on day 1 and She made me feel as though I could’ve reached out to her at any time and she would’ve quickly responded to anything. We will absolutely be back to Cape San Blas, and we will book with Sherri once again! Best host we’ve ever had!

First Family Beach Trip

This was our first trip to the beach and the location was WONDERFUL. Truly only 2 min from the beach, even when pulling 2 beach wagons (one with the 1yr old) and 4 additional kids ages 5-9! There was a decent amount of rain while we were here but the location meant we could pop on out to the beach whenever there was a break in the weather. We could also easily ride our bikes to the trail at the state park that took us to the bayside (which is super shallow and calm) for the kids to snorkel. We saw starfish, urchins, crabs, sand dollars, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our first non-camping family vacation. Cape San Blas was beautiful! (And for anyone with small kids, we were able to fit a full size pack n play in the laundry room off the master suite easily. And we put a mini/travel sized pack n play in the downstairs bathroom at times as well. A full size fit as well but just barely!) There were also a wonderful selection of sand toys and tons of beach chairs (maybe 8), 3 umbrellas, a beach wagon, and 2 adult bikes!

Great clean house

We had a lovely time in this perfectly clean house. Updated and with everything you need. Not on the beach but super short walk to the main deck. 3 mins. It’s located in this family friendly subdivision and literally in front of brand new tennis courts and heated pool. The beach is amazingly beautiful and if you like walking on the beach you can reach the state park area where you feel like alone in the world. Beautiful. Very nice owner too.

Excellent

We had never been to CSB, but had been told we should go for several years. We totally understand what the fuss is all about now. CSB is a wonderful, old fashioned type of beach. Easy going, unfussy, kid and adult friendly, quiet, clean, and really pretty. This condo was perfect for us. It was super clean, in a great location, had loads of amenities, and was well stocked. We would definitely rent here again. The owner was super nice and very attentive. I truly cannot overstate how simply perfect this place was. Great value, too. We left yesterday, and I’m already missing it.

Great experience!

We had a great time at 432 Barrier Dunes! Super cute family friendly condos, newly renovated, very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was not very crowded in May. The condo was close to both the beach and pool (which was heated when we first got there but they turn it off at the beginning of May). Jodi was very responsive and flexible when I made a booking error. A bonus was the laundry room in the master was big enough for a pack n play too. I can't think of anything that would have made this a better experience!

Good Stay

Terrific unit. Very clean, newer, and well organized. Owner is professional and prompt. My only complaints were the bath drains clogged (owner immediately offered to have repaired), no door on the Master BR which we've run across before at similar BD units, and the specific unit location which is next to the main foot path through the center of BD. Lots of foot traffic all day and evening. It's a small thing, but I like a little more privacy. Easy 5 star rental though. One of the nicer units we've rented on the peninsula over the years.

Perfect beach rental

We (family of 4) stayed in this beach condo/townhouse in late July 2018. Everything, from booking the reservation to checking out on our last day was easy and made our vacation that much better. The condo is exactly as described, very clean, and the A.C. runs great! Barrier Dunes is a lovely little gated community and this particular unit is outstanding. Jodi, the owner, was great to deal with and she answered all questions right away and we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back!
