The house is clean and well taken care of. Two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. If additional bedding is needed, air mattresses and additional linens are available to rent. Additionally, there is a full bathroom in the hallway. Laundry room with washer and dryer is just off the living room and a half bath is downstairs.

Owner lives nearby if problems arise, but you have complete privacy and only need to have as much interaction as you desire.

Fish from the marina or grab a bite from the many top rated restaurants. St Andrews is the spot to be for festivals and events throughout the year. The neighborhoods are great, Oaks by the Bay Park is just a few blocks away, and the scenic Beach Drive, with it's historic and modern bay front homes, are all wonderful paths.
