The home is very spacous and worked perfectly for us. We had a funeral service for my father and it was nice to have a place to enjoy each other's company after the service- where we could have space to eat and share stories, etc.The host was very communicative and polite. The house was very nice and comfortable! There are just a few small things I’d suggest — adding some air fresheners or scents in each room, as there was a slight odor, and flipping the bathroom locks so they can be opened from the outside instead of the inside. It was a little warm at first, but once I messaged the owner, they quickly adjusted the temperature to make it cooler. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I really appreciated the quick communication and hospitality!

Overnight stay for concert

The property was very large and easy to spread out as a family. It was a quick drive to the venue (Vystar). We also enjoyed dinner, drinks, and breakfast just a few blocks away in downtown Springfield area. The house was very comfortable and charming. I would definitely stay again!

Casa de blues is a beautifully restored historic house in a terrific location. Within walking distance of the Jaguars stadium and also several wonderful restaurants and brewery. The owner does a wonderful job with communication and was very accommodating to a last-minute request to add an extra night. Check in and check out we’re very easy..

I have to be honest in the beginning I felt uncomfortable and thought I was getting scammed because I requested to see property before I paid my money. I also told property manager pictures on the site not the same in person. But it is really nice overall. I would recommend my family and friends to stay there. Wedding Trip

We got married at Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens on Saturday July 20th. We booked the house with some of our bridal party and it was perfect! It was close to everything, beautiful historic neighborhood and offered great picture opportunities as we all got ready. Highly recommend this property.

You will feel like you go back to the beginning of XXth century, yet with all the modern amenities at your disposal while staying at La Casa De Blues.

Casa-De Blues will take you back to the Renaissance Era but with the comfort of a modern house!

The place is filled with custom wood-trim finishes, luxurious lighting fixtures, and magnificent pieces of artwork.

The downstairs is an open floor plan with a large living room, dining area, spacious kitchen with high-end appliances and Master bedroom #1, which features a King-Size Bed, its own bathroom, and private pathway to the fenced backyard.
Upstairs, you will find:
Master Bedroom #2 with a Victorian-style queen size bed, private bathroom and access to your own balcony for you to enjoy the morning sunshine;
Bedroom #3 with a Bunkbed (Full Size Lower Bed & Twin Size Upper Bed);
Bedroom #4 with an oversized walk-in closet and a queen bed.
Each Bedroom has been lovingly renovated with a unique design and has its own story :)

Stepping outside, you could enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the furnished front porch, overlook 4th st from the second floor balcony, or just have the private back deck with a whole backyard to yourself.
