Thank you kindly for your detailed review, my team and I really appreciate it. Regarding the furniture, I'm sure our guest is talking about the fact that we used to have a sectional in the living room, I replaced that with another brand new big sectional. Then we took sections of the older one, and used them for extra seating in the bedrooms. My wife told me to just discard those pieces so I confirm that was done. Thanks again, and blessings all. Tim

I’m sure seekers out there really appreciate it as well. It was such a pleasure to be of service to you and your family. For those that are curious, 3702 gets full sun in the mornings, and then after about 1-2pm it gets full shade because the 2nd floor above shades the terrace. The big terrace is located on the North side of the building, facing the ocean. The supply list (things we provide) are shown in the welcome pack email that goes out. Thank you again April. Thank you for your feedback Aldemar. It was a pleasure to be of service to you and your family. For those checking out the reviews, we provide a list of supplies in the info pack. We provide: Salt, pepper, cooking oil, garbage bags, hand soap at each sink, dish detergent, all purpose cleaner, new scrubby sponge, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. Due to hurricanes last year, we lost a lot of sand on our beach. Normally it goes out much further, and there are no rocks as they are under the sand by several feet. The beach comes back over time. As of this writing (March 18, 2025) it has come back much more than it was 10 weeks ago. Playas beach is nice, but they do get a LOT more seaweed. In Cancun, we don't get much, and whatever we do get is removed each morning before they rake out the beach. I do think Aldemar makes a good point, which is that you do pay a lot more for Christmas and New Years. I will talk to my wife about possibly including the extra items Adelmar was talking about for those two weeks. Blessings all, Tim Miller

Thanks for sharing Bernie. I can now share with everyone that the downstairs bathroom and upstairs hall bathroom have been nicely updated. The tile is all new, the sink areas are new and we added a very nice glass door to both of these showers. The work was completed just before Christmas of 2022. Kind regards, Tim Miller
