The Central Park apartment on the top floor welcomes you in Annecy le Vieux in the golden triangle, 800m from the lake, the beach, the bike path and 15min walk from the center of Annecy.



Apartment of 60 m2 completely renovated offering high-end services includes a living room kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a loggia, all in a contemporary decoration.



The very quiet residence is nestled in a park with open views of the mountains.



Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- the cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically

- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before arrival.



Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:



The household includes:



- Floor, surface and glass cleaning;

- cleaning of the bathroom and toilets;

- disinfection of the dwelling



The household does not include:



- cleaning, drying and storing dishes

- Storage of housing furniture and equipment;

- removal of foodstuffs from the refrigerator



Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
