As you step through the private entrance, the positive vibes set the tone for your stay at "Sugar Water." The first floor reveals a bedroom with porch access and a private bath, along with a creative space featuring a desk and chair—a haven for writers. Ascend to the second floor, where an open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A cozy sitting space with a large HDTV invites relaxation, while the fully equipped modern kitchen stands ready for your culinary adventures. The adjacent porch becomes an oasis for pre or post-night-out moments.

On the bright and welcoming third floor, the kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking and kitchenware. A formal dining table for 6-7 guests, complemented by additional seating for 3 at the bar top, ensures ample space for shared meals. We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
