I’m sorry our home was not to your liking with the accommodations we provide at an amazing price you paid. We actually sanded all the walls and painted, added a beautiful wall for the fire place, did all the floors on both levels, renovated all 3barhrooms, replaced lighting fixtures, added ski helmet and ski racks for your convenience, replaced all windows and more. We would not rent to you even when we do replace the appliances.

Thank you Michael for your response. Yes we recently had some issues with our unit during ski season. Unfortunately we are not able to do any renovations or replacement of the refrigerator and microwave that is cracked while guest are staying there. I don’t think it’s a better idea to cancel the reservations as the appliances are still in working conditions. The leak we are working on. I wish you told me while you were staying there as I have had someone look at it 3 times already. I’m thinking I will have to demo the bathroom and renovated it new. Sincerely, Julia

Hi Jason, I sorry my home was not to your liking but I don’t think I deserve the 2 stars you gave me. To answer your issues, my unit is for a large amount of guest. We sleep 8-10people. The bed in the loft is a bonus bed that I didn’t even post as a bedroom. Bonus! There is a brand new block of knives and scissors plus 20 other knives in the drawers for multi uses. IF YOU LOOKED IN THE FIRST BEDROOM, THE WASHER/DRYER is in the closet with detergent. Toilet paper, paper towels, soaps are all complimentary as stated in my welcome letter. My home doesn’t offer what hotels offer and for the price of my unit and what I offer is extremely fair by most of my guest who stay there and return. As for the bathrooms, we had to make the bathrooms smaller to be able to accommodate 3 bathrooms in a small condo. I’m sorry that it was too small for you. As for the shuttle service, it arrives every 10mins right in front of our parking lot, and the walk to the village is about a 5 min walk. My unit is not a ski in/out. For the tv’s, yes I am updating them to luxurious new smart tv’s.
