With just over 2,000 sqft, this cozy-feel home has ample space for all to be comfortable and the most amazing western views and sunsets. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a kitchenette, and two living spaces. Sunset Cabin accommodates up to 12-13 guests comfortably.

During ski season, Sunset Cabin is just a 15-minute walk to Cupp Run slop, a renowned black diamond slope at Snowshoe Resort. OR just hop on the free shuttle that runs just about every 15 minutes (and on demand when you call) and it will take you straight to Cupp Run or anywhere else at Snowshoe you'd like to go. In the warmer months, guests are steps away from world-class hiking, mountain biking, and downhill bicycling.

It’s also just a 5 minute walk to The Brewery, the SNow Barn, The Fingers hiking/biking trail, and a 9-basket disc golf course.

Whether you're relaxing on the front porch, by the fire pit, or enjoying the view from the western facing deck, the breathtaking scenery is always within sight. Entertainment: Five TVs with Roku (bring your own streaming accounts), and an extensive collection of board games including Catan, Say Anything, Monopoly, Scrabble, Chess, Jenga, Sorry, and Clue.

Kitchen: Well-stocked with basic spices, a coffee pot, toaster oven, waffle maker, teapot, bakeware, cookware, Crockpot, and a toaster. There is a Kureig coffee maker on the lower level with coffee and hot chocolate pods. The dining table seats 4 and there are folding tables and chairs that can be set up inside or outside. Additionally there is more seating on the lower level.

Outdoor Space: Large decks with mountain views, outdoor seating, fire pit, and a gas grill (we just ask that you clean it after each use).

Convenient Access

Transportation: Free shuttle service at the top of the driveway for easy access to Cupp Run, The Village, Silver Creek, and Top of the World.

Connectivity: The best available Wi-Fi on the mountain (100 mbps), though cell service may be limited.

Additional Information

Policies: Security deposit of $300 required. No pets, parties, or smoking. Maximum occupancy of 13, including all adults, children, and babies. Late check-out fee of $100 per hour. Must be 25 to book.

Parking: Free parking at the house. There is enough parking for 5 cars comfortable, 6 if you really squeeze them together.

Amenities: Access to Split Rock Pool with a Fun Pass, shops, restaurants, and various mountain activities put on by Snowshoe throughout the seasons.
