Tybee Retreat has a total of four condo units, each having covered ground level parking for two vehicles. Please note over-sized trucks and SUV's may not fit under this covered parking area.

Other Things to Note:
Since we consider Tybee Retreat to be a family friendly property and we know Pets are just as much family as our own children, Pets are permitted with approval and additional pet fees (maximum of 2 dogs, Cats are not permitted). A pet deposit of $35 per pet per night is required.

In the garage guests have access to beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (on a first come first serve bases).
