A gas fireplace adds warmth and that classic mountain feel, while the full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prep meals, snacks, and après-ski favorites at home. The private deck offers a front-row view of the resort, making it the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening wind-down.

With space for up to 10 guests, this home is well-suited for family trips, ski weekends, and group getaways. An in-unit washer and dryer adds everyday convenience, especially for longer stays or gear-heavy trips, and the base village location means shops, restaurants, and resort activities are just steps away.

Beyond the resort, the free citywide shuttle makes it easy to explore historic Main Street for dining, groceries, and entertainment. In warmer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and golf, with the Park City municipal golf course just a mile away. Resort Plaza #5065 offers the kind of access, comfort, and convenience that make every Park City stay feel effortless.

- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note that the elevator is out of order until early November for all Resort Plaza units.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

This is the 6th year for our family to stay at Mountain Village at PC, and this is by far our favorite place yet. Best views (from both sides of the balconies) with the most convenient location yet, with elevator access to two different levels within the Village. Can't get much closer to ski school drop off and ticket windows.Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, beds were comfortable with great linens.Great hosts! Love this place.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Our spring break ski trip was unexpectedly changed when my husband had to have emergency bypass surgery just a few weeks before our trip with our family. Our daughter, son-in-law and their kids were able to make it and loved the place! Said it was in the middle of everything you needed, but also very quiet. Checkin was delayed due to a wrong code for the condo, but was quickly corrected. I believe the only complaint was it was hard to locate the condo and the parking for the car was also hard to find and very limited parking. Overall, the kids gave it a five star rating!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, managed by AvantStay. The property is nice, although there were a couple of maintenance issues, the management company was quick to respond. It is very convenient to the slopes and comfy for a nice ski vacation.

Kids First Ski Trip

Went out for kids first ski trip. Condo was clean, well equipped, and had very comfy beds. Could not ask for anyplace more convenient. A truly great experience for all.

Not worth the money

The location and the setup of this property were great, but the lack of cleanliness, ease of finding the place, and maintenance issues made this place not worth the money. I would also suggest that you make sure you read the fine print. This unit did not have AC, making it almost unbearable for the majority of our stay.
