Enter the front door to hardwood floors, and a comfortable living room space. You'll definitely want to cozy up on the sofa (which folds out to a queen size bed) and watch a favorite show on the 55" flatscreen TV with cable and streaming.

KITCHEN AND DINING

Our kitchen is fully stocked, so you can make even the fanciest of meals here! We supply all the standard housekeeping items and utensils, plus some great extras like serving utensils, grilling tongs, a rice cooker, and blender. Margaritas, anyone?

Enjoy your yummy meals as a family at either the kitchen peninsula bar or the super cool acrylic dining table for 4 .

BEDROOMS AND BATHS

The primary bedroom has a KING size bed with lots of fluffy pillows. Late-night show fans will love the TV w/cable (Sling App) and streaming. Remote workers, we haven't forgotten you! This private space also comes with a desk and chair, along with lightning-fast WiFi at 500+ Mbps.

The second bedroom comes with two twin beds, a nightstand and lamp, and a TV, with cable (Sling App) and streaming.

The modern tiled bathroom has an oversized walk-in rain head shower. You'll love it!

We also provide a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

Where do we start?? We tried to create an outdoor oasis and according to our guests, they love it! Other guests' comments:

"The backyard is as fun it at looks and has everything from porch swings and an outdoor TV! Also has great outdoor lighting at night and tons of attention to detail. For those who do not want to deal with parking at the boardwalk, the property is about 5 blocks from the end of the Hollywood electric shuttle route (at 22nd and Johnston). "

Please note: MINIMUM of 2 nights required to book. No smoking or vaping inside the home. No parties or events. Guests are required to clean after their pets. An additional $75 fee will be applied if additional cleaning is required due to pets (e.g. dog waste, excessive pet hair on furniture, etc)
