It was beautifully furnished, with comfortable linens and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect walk to beach!

The walk to the beach was perfect at this property! Easy and manageable! Perfect home for a family vacation! The patio furniture needed updating but a great overall home!

The house was great! The kitchen was fully equipped for dining at home with our family of 6 adults plus a toddler and an infant. It rained a lot during our stay but the house was spacious enough to where we could escape to a peaceful spot if we wanted. The pool was great! We had it heated because it’s October and it was delightful. The hosts at Island Time were very responsive and friendly. Great experience!

The rental house was beautiful with great ocean accessibility. First time in three years that all 3 generations of our family gathered together. Already looking forward to our next HHI stay!

A beautiful clean home just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms for a large family with kids. Communication with property manager and host was reliable and quick. My only negative comment is the 2nd floor bedroom was significantly colder than the others and no thermostat on that floor. Outside of that our family would definitely return to this home again!

Beautiful Home

6 Grey Widgeon is a beautiful home! All the bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Each bedroom had its own bathroom…which was so helpful for our large family. Even though it rained the first three days we were there, my family enjoyed the pool when it wasn’t raining too hard. The location of the house was great…a short walk to the beach. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing Vacation Home for A Group

This house was designed for large groups with two spacious masters, upstairs and downstairs common areas, large pool, beach proximity, and a plethora of bathrooms. Very much enjoyed our stay and Island Time was gracious and prompt in responding to anything we asked. I’m not sure if we will need a large home like this again soon but would return in a hot minute. It was like having access to an entire resort.

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had an issue with the pool not functioning properly when we arrived but the issue was quickly resolved.

Wonderful Beach House Vacation

The pool was a good size and the walk to the beach was 5 minutes away straight out the back door. Beautiful home but not renter friendly

The home was very spacious and clean with excellent beach access. The owners however locked up the beach chairs and provided no beach towels. There was also no mention of this in the listing. We were surprised at this price point the owners would not provide towels and chairs. It was very hard to secure chairs on the beach.

The Perfect Sea Pines House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have asked for a better place for our family to stay in Sea Pines. We needed a house that fit everyone, had a pool, and was a short walk to the beach. This house accomplished all of that and more. The house was incredibly clean, with clean bed sheets and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, including Tupperware containers for leftovers. The short walk to the beach allowed us to go back and forth with young kids who did not complain once about the walk. The pool was great to come back to after a day at the beach. The screened in porch gave us an amazing spot to enjoy coffee or just hang out and talk while enjoying the nice weather and avoiding the mosquitos. The location allowed for us to enjoy short bike rides to Salty Point, Harbour Town, and the Nature Preserve. We highly recommend this house for your Sean Pines stay and look forward to returning ourselves.

Week with friends

Reviewer Comments: We were 7 adults couples, the home was great and the locations close to the beach was excellent,; all the rooms were nice and comfortable just the one with 4 beds, some of the guests weren’t happy to share the same bedroom.The negative side of our experience was that we could not use the pool, they cleaned the last day of our stay.The cheaper coffee maker ( Mr Coffee) doesn’t match the shine kitchen. We stayed 4 days and we just received two trash bags and three dishwasher detergent pods, we used all of them the first day.The instructions for the door access weren’t clear neither where to locate the Wi-Fi password.

Thank you for your feedback Armando. Our homes and villas just has starter supplies for the trip it is not meant to last the entire stay. For instructions for WIFI and Door Code could be found in your guestbook that is given prior to arrival via email as well as through text.

Unwilling to work with us, no customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home for 33 days and our schedule changed. We had to leave an entire week early, we simply asked for a $500 refund since the change was our fault. They refused to refund any money at all, will not be renting from Island Time again. We come every year and their unwillingness to refund $500 when they charge over $3,000 per week is ridiculous. The house sat empty for a week and they saved $500 in utilities alone.
