So grateful to live in a neighborhood where you can walk and bike everywhere! This area is so vibrant and fun, and the fact that I walk to the beach to watch the sunset everyday is a dream. Venice, you have my heart. I grew up in LA but I hate driving, so this is the dream for me.
My favorite thing about the house is how open and bright and airy it is. Lots of indoor/outdoor spaces. I love bringing a lamp outside and read at night next to the fire pit in the backyard. Coffee in the morning on the front patio is pretty nice too. It's the best!
Believe me, once you spend time here, you'll never want to go anywhere else. And I get major cool points from my friends for living in the hippest neighborhood in L.A. And P.S: it's Foodie heaven here, so make sure you diet before you come.
