Our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 4th floor (elevator access) condo at SeaCrest is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Just a few steps down the boardwalk to gorgeous white sand and blue/green waters of the amazing Emerald Coast. Spacious, well appointed open concept with a 33' balcony overlooking the gulf. Common areas offer parking, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, gym, tennis courts and BBQ Grill as well as seasonal umbrella service can be purchased for an additional fee.
*Recently Remodeled: Building has new windows, doors, paint, gym equipment and boardwalk to the beach. Condo has new counters, a reverse osmosis water filter and refinished patio.
The space
We hope you will find our home comfortable and beautifully decorated.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have their own flat screen TVs and bathrooms en suite. Our home is equipped with all linens & towels needed. The main bedroom has glass sliding door access to the balcony and a comfortable king sized bed. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed and a twin roll-away, as well as a fold-out desk to serve as a designated work space.
The dining area seats 4 with an eat-in bar to seat 4 more.
The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for cooking (pots/pans/dishes/glassware) as well as a coffee pot which we all need to start the day.
The living room has a 50" Smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services and sliding glass doors to the balcony. The guest room also has streaming access for your children.
Washer and dryer in the unit for all your laundry needs.
The 33 foot balcony (our favorite place) is accessible both from the main bedroom as well as the living room and what a view! You can hear the waves and watch the sunset with a glass of wine or sometimes spot dolphins over your morning coffee.
Conveniently located steps from the Gulf of Mexico and minutes from quaint local shops and wonderful dining options. Just a couple miles from Destin and 30A.

Location:
Perfect Location. This complex is located toward the end of the inhabitable part of the island near the Air Force base. It is quiet and just a few yards from miles of protected and secluded beach. Restaurants , Gulfarium, The boardwalk and Okaloosa Island Pier are just a few minutes down the road. The Marina is conveniently located around the corner if you want to rent a boat, jet ski or book an excursion. Destin Harbor and Crab Island are about 10-15 minutes away. Enjoy Fireworks off the Okaloosa Pier every Wednesday evening at 9pm from Memorial Day through August 11th Keep an eye out on Sundays for the Blue Angels flying their practice routes!

Smoking is only allowed at bbq pits (near pool).
Due to condominium rules, no towels/swimsuits hanging from the balcony bannisters to dry.
No refunds are provided for inclement weather, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Please do not sit on furniture with wet clothes.
Please do not remove items from the unit and put any furniture back in original place before leaving.
Please rinse sand off feet and beach toys.
Only 2 vehicles allowed per unit: No trailers or RVs allowed.
Due to condominium rules, quiet hours are 10pm-6am.
Due to general condominium rules, pets are not allowed. If you bring a pet, we unfortunately, have to charge an additional cleaning fee of $200 per pet. We also reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if the no pet policy is broken.
*There is a $75 Fee for any additional cleaning charges due to excessive sand, soiled comforters, stained furniture/carpet, etc.
We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and a starter for dishwasher soap. Guests are responsible for any additional needed supplies.
If there are any maintenance issues or questions, please reach out to us directly. There is a front desk that manages some of the homes, but our home is not serviced by this external property management company. Any charges assessed from asking the front desk for help will be passed on to your account.
Easy Checkout:
Please put all dirty towels in the tub.
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
Take out all trash (the trash chute is located near the elevators).
Please turn off all lights, close the curtains and lock the patio doors.
Empty the refrigerator and dispose of all food.

PLEASE NOTE: The exterior of the building is under construction. It is being painted and upgraded. All work is scheduled to be done 8-5. This should not effect your stay in any way, but plastic coverings are in place on outside railings.
